She should be an image of the bank not a disappointment. She cannot have a position at Citi bank. As a manager, she came across as rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Her communication skills were poor, and she did not treat customers with the level of courtesy and respect that should be expected from someone in a leadership position. Rather than listening and trying to help resolve concerns, she was dismissive and made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. I was also disappointed by what appeared to be a lack of banking knowledge and customer service skills. A branch manager should be knowledgeable, approachable, and focused on helping customers, but that was not my experience. Every interaction felt frustrating and unproductive. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a bank manager. Citi Bank should expect much higher standards of professionalism, customer service, and leadership from someone representing the bank in a management role.

Tried to cash a check over $4,000 as if I'm cashing a million --FROM a Bank of America account--and somehow they "can't do it." Make it make sense. Instead of explaining anything properly, they just kept giving excuses and passing me around. The teller (Jennifer) seemed unsure of everything and couldn't give a straight answer. Then the supervisor, Liana Chobanyan, stepped in and was zero help. It was very clear they were more focused on closing soon than actually doing their job. I even offered to open an account on the spot just to get this handled--still got told to "make an appointment." At a BANK. During business hours. While I'm already standing there. So basically: They won't cash their own check They won't help you open an account And they definitely won't care If you value your time, go literally anywhere else. And regardless I'm still within the bussiness hours. I was there 30 minutes before closing next time they should put a policy that they are useless and helpless if it's 430pm.. I called that day and spoke with Miguel (who had prior helped me before due to David constantly being unavailable) he told me to give some time for David to call me back, if David didn't call me back then he would help me. I never received a call back as expected, yet when I decided to call and try to reach either David or Miguel on their extension, I was suddenly being sent straight to voicemail. I called again and spoke to a representative who answered the phone and asked to have my auto loan transferred to a different associate, was told i'd receive a call back and never did. As of today I am closing out my account and membership! The entire process was the worst I've could've ever dealt with, with any credit union or even bank.
