No phone call, no proper notice--just locked me out. Michelle Wagemaker-Dawdy, the VP and branch manager, was rude, unprofessional, and refused to help. She told me, "There's no one you can speak with," and just closed my account. Because of this, my credit card payment got reversed, I'm being hit with late fees, and nearly $700 is missing. Still no response from them. Avoid this company at all costs. If you value your money and sanity, take your business to Chase or any real bank that actually communicates with its customers.

About 2 years ago I stopped receiving my statements. I immediately began inquiring about this. I could never get an answer. About 1 year ago, still not receiving statements, i began using this card more. Because I never received my statements it was hard to know what was happening with this. FINALLY, about 2 months ago, they mailed me the last 8 months of statements. It was then when I noticed many fraudulent transactions. At least 2 of them were initiated by this bank, and not a company . NOW...2 YEARS LATER, when I asked what they would do in regards to this tremendous waist of time, and costing me hundreds of dollars, there answer is...OOPS SORRY, and a small credit. NOT GOOD!

I remember getting all the information that helped persuade to open a membership. They assisted me with a credit card and then a personal loan to help me be debt free from past credit card uses! I walked in, no one at any of the desks. No one greeting me. I have to literally walk around the bank and chase the one person who was forced to assist me. She then disappears, I'm asking other people where she is and they are just completely dismissive and rude. And for all this, the problem I'm trying to solve doesn't even remotely get solved. Literally everyone in here needs to be fired and corporate needs to shut them down. I'll try my best to make it happen because this is unacceptable.

At first the employee right away just said "well you know it's not going to go through until tomorrow" in which I replied that I was warned over the phone already and that's fine. Then when he helped me he still hadn't introduced him, explained the process, so I asked if it had been a long day and called him out on not evening saying hi. He broke his mood into something more pleasant and apologized. We got the job done. He finally built rapport and ensured me the wire would process first thing in the morning.
