No phone call, no proper notice--just locked me out. Michelle Wagemaker-Dawdy, the VP and branch manager, was rude, unprofessional, and refused to help. She told me, "There's no one you can speak with," and just closed my account. Because of this, my credit card payment got reversed, I'm being hit with late fees, and nearly $700 is missing. Still no response from them. Avoid this company at all costs. If you value your money and sanity, take your business to Chase or any real bank that actually communicates with its customers.

I appreciate the assistance I've received each and every time I need to address the accounts of my minor grandchildren. ***I want to reiterate the 4 star rating is due to their app, it needs work, often when attempting to complete a 'remote deposit' the image is backwards/upside down/inverted, which means the user has to manipulate the actual check, turning it until the image is reflected as it should be, a true nuisance. I have personally never had these many issues with a banks app before. The manager, Anita, is supremely in tune with customer service (she is beyond responsive), Dawn, Maria and Grigor are exceptional when the need to assist a customer with specific concerns, these four employees, including Yesenia, as well as every teller I've experienced are the reason my banking business remains with UME Burbank.

He let me know what documentation I would need to bring to the credit union, set me/us up with an appointment, and distributed the funds to me and my siblings without any problems. I remember getting all the information that helped persuade to open a membership. They assisted me with a credit card and then a personal loan to help me be debt free from past credit card uses! As of now, I'm close to paying off my debt and feel that Logix FCU gave me the chance to make that a reality! It's also great to say that every logix location I have had the pleasure of going to have all been great service all around! At first the employee right away just said "well you know it's not going to go through until tomorrow" in which I replied that I was warned over the phone already and that's fine. Then when he helped me he still hadn't introduced him, explained the process, so I asked if it had been a long day and called him out on not evening saying hi. He broke his mood into something more pleasant and apologized. We got the job done. He finally built rapport and ensured me the wire would process first thing in the morning.
