I am glad I did, being with the big banks I thought customer service was gone in the banking industry. The same people have worked there since I opened an account almost 2 years ago. The remember me and say hi when I come in to deposit a check or withdraw cash. The bank is really great all around, but you just can't beat seeing a smile and getting great customer service when you walk in. I have never once been talked down to or in a condescending tone. 5 stars from me.
