I am someone who is well above the average when it comes to the knowledge of Rolex, the history of Rolex and the movements of Rolex when I walked in, I was greeted by some heavyset man with thick glasses, and he came on very strong and somewhat passive aggressive. He told me there was no possible way that I could ever be allocated to watch since I do not live locally I know this to not be true because of my history with Rolex in different cities due to being a pilot, he began to show me some other watches, and he seemed very pushy about me purchasing a Breitling, and I was just turned off by his overall energy and demeanor. It wasn't that he was outright rude, but he just came off very strong and pushy. Definitely not somebody that I want to do business with which is why I didn't even buy a watch while I was there. I ended up speaking to the manager and telling her about my experience before I knew she was actually the manager, and she was extremely nice and accommodating and wanted to make it right. But to be told just because I live out of town, there's no way that I could be placed on a list of potentially be allocated to watch, even though I have a buying history was the first time in my life that I've ever heard that and I've been into a dozen Rolex stores throughout my lifetime.
