When I told her I was trying to pay off the remaining balance. She said they were too busy if they could call me back. She took down my info but never called back. When they finally processed the payment a week later they charged $4,800. DONT GO HERE Also when you get the loan they add some insurance. They say it's included but if you check the paperwork.
