They celebrate a Member Appreciation Day annually and offer a gift to members, which is usually very nice, and some of the best cookies I've ever had! I was able to make an appointment easily via their website and received text and email notifications and reminders leading up to my appointment. Trent was amazing. He'd handled similar documents recently and had everything squared away quickly and efficiently. All for a very minimal fee. It was a pleasure working with him and the credit union.
