For the gym itself, it's simple, clean, and in an easily accessible area with plenty of parking. There is plenty of scheduling at both locations (Brandon and Lakeland) with Fabio being the actual instructor for each class and if he isn't, it specifies on his website. The pricing is the cheapest out of all other gyms I have seen and there is no contract. Fabio is incredibly understanding that life gets hard and if you need to take a break or anything else you can always cancel your membership and renew it when you're back. Under no other mentor or coach have I ever seen such a respectful and appreciative community for each other. Every time you show up to a class people welcome you in whether it is your first time there, or your first time back after you took a break. For starters, the gym itself is clean and open with high-ceilings and a rear garage door that makes it feel open and bright (not like a dungeon, like some gyms you find). Along with brand new mats, organized locker rooms and overall awesome design/branding, its an excellent room to train. Second (and most importantly), Peter is a great instructor who knows his stuff. He takes the technique/jiu jitsu seriously but still creates an overall low key atmosphere and the other students are a reflection of that. I really enjoyed the classes and definitely picked up some great techniques that I've already started adding to my game. While the gym doesn't allow walk-ins (which is 100% understandable being that Florida is a vacation destination and Peter and the team would be spending all their time dealing with same day walk-ins from people on vacation expecting to train for free), so do NOT try. It was easy enough to sign up and pay for the weekly visitor's rate online. Plus, the visitor's rate came with an awesome ranked rash guard (their apparel/gear is great)! Honestly, I was happy to pay for the opportunity to train in a great gym and everyone treated me like I was a full-time member.
