New to the bank and somewhat feeling embarrased to ask for help to resolve a problem. Well, after all that being said I want share the fact that the branch Manager Juan personally assisted me, and followed me through the process until I was ok. Juan is a perfect example for his employees as well as the customers. Juan is humble, kind, patient and he knows how to get things done and he will go as far as he can without breaking rules to see t o it that his customers are happy. Lastly, I contemplated making the decision to say this but it needs to be said that Camarillo PACU, is exactly what I experience the very first time that I visited the branch. I wish I had never ever went there and if I can help it, I wont be going back. Juan should be the Regional Manager and Shelly his assistant. Unfortunately, I am shocked and extremely disappointed by how they have handled a serious issue that is now damaging his personal credit. His mortgage is directly with Premier America Credit Union--not with a third-party company. After he spoke with the credit union, they acknowledged that there had been a problem with their online system and told him they would work with the department handling his mortgage to resolve the issue. However, nothing has been corrected, and the late payment is still negatively affecting his credit report. He called Premier America again because the issue remained unresolved, but they refused to take meaningful action. They would not even transfer him to a manager or someone with the authority to properly address the situation. Their lack of concern, accountability, and customer service has been terrible. The issue was caused in part by a confusing and unreliable online banking system that did not clearly show that his mortgage payment was past due. Premier America acknowledged that there was a system problem, yet they are still unwilling to help correct the damage it caused. I am truly shocked that a longtime customer could be treated this way. This is affecting my husband's personal credit, and the credit union does not seem concerned about the consequences. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Premier America Credit Union. Their online system is misleading, their communication is poor, and their customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Customer service is awful!!…read more I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at your branch involving a check from Chicago Title. Better than a cashiers check!!! I went to the branch, that i opened the account, they knew who I was... The branch manager, Jeff Chen tried to place a week hold on my check. And when i said that i wanted my fund available, He then had the audacity to ask me what I intended to use my own money for and what I planned to buy. I didnt know I had to beg for my money!! At no point should a customer be required to justify how they plan to spend their legally earned funds. I did not realize I was expected to beg for access to my own money. Because of this unacceptable interaction, I stopped the transaction immediately and took the same check to Wells Fargo, not the branch where i opened my account, where it was accepted without any hold or unnecessary questioning. and treated me like a real customer!! Afterward, I contacted your credit union and requested a call back from a manager to discuss this matter, as the situation was completely inappropriate. To date, I have received no return phone call, which only compounds the issue. This experience reflects poor judgment, a lack of professionalism, and a failure in basic customer service. I expect an explanation, accountability, and assurance that this type of behavior will not happen again.
