Customer service is nonexistent and their hours posted are not the right ones. I had to go twice due to hours being posted incorrectly.

OPENS YOU UP TO IDENTITY THEFT. I presented a legal, US issued Global Entry ID card to retrieve my Western Union transfer. The agent, Mary, did not recognized it and took it upon herself to take a picture of my ID and send it to her manager: "Yvette". I told her what she did was wrong and she did not have my permission to release my private information in that manner. I do have a CA Driver's License, but she never asked for it. I don't know her manager...she has no credibility with me. I feel violated. It's like someone not recognizing a credit card and took a picture of the front and back and send it out to someone. The agent said: "Don't worry, it will be deleted." But really, she should have not taken a picture of my ID and send it unsecured through her iPhone. I did present my CA Driver's License to pick up the WU transfer. If I'm a victim of ID theft, this location is to blame. read more

I called in advance to see if they could convert some pocket change left over from recent vacations to Nepal and Tanzania. The woman on the phone said they could, as long as the currencies were "the most current." When I got there, though, they would not exchange the Tanzanian shillings, even though I had returned from there just a few days ago (so they undoubtedly are the "most current." When I inquired as to why they would not exchange the Tanzanian shillings, I was told it's because they're "not worth enough." When I explained my frustration over being told on the phone that they would accept the Tanzanian shillings as long as they were most current, and then being told "no" because they're not worth enough, I received blank stares, no apology and an explanation that that's their policy. Did I mention no apology? So I took my $2.48 for the Nepal rupees and will find somewhere else to do my business in the future. Meanwhile, since the rupees netted me $2 and change, but they wouldn't take my $50 worth of shillings, it doesn't ring true that the shillings didn't meet their "worth" criteria. I had all 10,000 TZS bills (which are worth a bit over $4 USD each.) If CCS is reading this, then my suggestion is that you more fully educate your employees about how to communicate with customers about the criteria regarding which currencies you will convert. Do NOT tell customers on the phone that you'll accept their Tanzanian currency, only to tell them "no" once they arrive. read more

Easy in and out. My bank doesn't do currency exchange but they recommended me to go here. Exchanged my Yen for Dollars. Friendly workers!

I called and asked what was required to apply for a payday advance loan. I was told the wrong requirements by an employee there. I was told I didn't call there instead of admitting they made a mistake or they could have apologized for the inconvenience. Nope I was told with attitude that I didn't call there and basically to buzz off. Very unprofessional and I will never go back there!!!! read more

I called around and Continental Currency offered the best conversion rates to start with to convert US Dollars into Euros and Pounds when compared to Wells Fargo Bank and other currency shops in the area. On top of that, the ladies who worked there were very helpful and friendly. They get a 5 star rating from me! read more

The Ladies here are great and very easy to work with, the manager Yvette goes out of her way to help me with all transaction's.
