This establishment has very unethical workers. If a company wishes to have good customer service to have more customers, first they must learn how to work with people. My parents have gone twice here and they have been so unprofessional. I went with my mother and when we arrived there was no one there. The workers just said to wait and I gave them a reasonable amount to finish what they were doing, still didn't let us know anything. I asked how long was it going to take the they said oh we are done. Then while one lady attended to my mother another customer came in the young man that was there had no one, but was on the phone and asked the lady to wait. I thought oh looks like work call, well I don't know if it was but he wasn't even in the computer, he was just chatting away about personal stuff and leaning his head on the counter. After about 10min the lady waiting he hangs up and says ok I can help you. Not only that today when my parents returned to pay a loan the door was locked they have it like that for security reasons. However it was during working hours and the young man same one in the phone didn't let them in and just signaled something and my mom didn't understand what was he signaling so they left and came back around 3pm and it was closed. That is soo unprofessional of not communicating with the customer. How about putting a not we are closed due to this or that or something. So unprofessional.
