I spoke to a manager at one of the branches. She was very helpful. The fraud activity was resolved. I thought everything was good, now. Then, this morning, I discovered that my account was closed by Chase Bank. They will not tell me the reason why. Also, they will not give me my money that's in my account, for 10 days. I have a couple thousand dollars in there that had borrowed for plumbing repairs. Chase bank treated me very poorly when I asked questions regarding my account. Their customer service is absolutely horrible! I was treated like a criminal. This may have been because of the fraudulent check. But that was not my fault.

Their ATMs could be better, they don't always work as they should. The only real negative thing I can say about this place is that the bankers take a fairly long time getting to the people waiting for service.

Most of them are too busy chatting with each other to pull apart to be normal to say good morning or welcome in. My other banks know me by name and welcome me in EVERY visit.. Their hours SUCK and it's everywhere! Definitely not "customer friendly" hours and when I mentioned it to the customer service number, "sorry you feel that way" was all I got. Today, I pulled up thinking it would be open at 845 since yesterday it was open at 830. I drove up to atm and had issues so I decided to go through the drive thru because I seen about 3 ladies and a guy teller chatting away. NOT ONE got on the intercom to say they're not open or anything but look my way and CONTINUED their important conversations.. Came in at 2:30 pm Oct 23 and there were 3 tellers, and 2 associate bankers /business bankers, and they asked if I made an appointment. One of them asked when his appointment was, it was 3 p.m., and I said my matter would be quick, and he dodged me and went to the back room. The other associate banker, after I said it would be quick, said if I sit down for 5-10 minutes and her appointment didn't show up, she would help me. The appointment didn't show up and eventually I got helped. But meanwhile she was whispering and laughing with tellers. Do they get joy out of treating customers like this?
