My friend has the membership where she can bring a guest, so I went with her on a Friday afternoon. It's spacious and clean inside. Tons of equipment. And I want to go back and try more equipment and try out the 30 minute workout area. I think I'll be getting a membership of my own because it was a good first experience. And it's more affordable than other places and you get more in the tanning and stuff.

I searched for a place on Yelp and saw Fassio's and made a phone call. Jason, the owner said drop-ins were welcome, just sign in and drop 10 bucks in the box. Quick, easy simple. I drove up and walked around to familiarize myself, and there's a good amount of stairmasters/treadmills I was very impressed with all the weights, it's definitely an old school weightlifting/bodybuilding gym. There were a handful of other people and what I appreciated was that everyone, EVERYONE was focused, it's definitely not a meet market type gym either. People were polite, and waited for weights or machines to open up but other than that everyone just let people do them. Also, EVERYONE picked up after themselves, literally EVERYONE and there was no staff there calling them out, just a few memes posted. Why can't every gym be like this? You get treated like a grown-up, no hard sell on membership and people *GASP* clean up after themselves!

I've slowly lost 10lbs with diet change and coming to their yoga classes and barbell class. Plus, cardio and some light weight training. I love all the morning yoga instructors; Trish, Jeana & Kristi. They are all so nice and so kind, I feel so welcomed and at peace when I go to yoga. Even during heated yoga where most everyone is super fit, I feel like I belong and that I am not being judged. I love the gym and feeling so welcomed has made me love going. It's my favorite time of the day, the few days a week that I have been going. It's so nice to feel like I can finally make the change for my health because the facilities are clean, the staff are extremely nice & the classes are so helpful when you can't afford the extra cost of personal training.

They have allowed a swim team to occupy EVERY SINGLE LANE. I was told this was temporary and they would be done with the pool by January. It is now February and they are still here. There has been no mention of this on the club schedule. Then there's the state of the equipment. There's been a lot of equipment down for repairs. There has also been a lot of torn padding. Broken mirror in the locker room that took almost 2 weeks to fix. Sauna that's down almost 2weeks out of every month All of this and no ACTUAL club manager. Email left unanswered. For what they charge there should be more attention and accountability.

When I called the business office to ask if I could put my membership on hold for a few months, the lady who answered the phone was rather rude. I asked about pausing my membership and she said in a harsh rather scolding tone that I couldn't cancel a membership over the phone but would have to go in. I told her I didn't ask about cancelling but pausing. She said there's no pausing, again in a harsh tone. I might join again when I have more time. I had been told a couple of years ago that I could pause for a couple of months. I guess they changed that policy.
