I actually used to work here and had to quit due to major health complications. I'd returned one night to buy some discount vapes and ** Rob ** was working the counter. I inferred about loyalty points and he declined to let me use them, and aggressively yelled at me and my partner to leave. Yelling things to mock us such as "awwhhh baby girl" "get out you poor M***erF***ers" I understand this reaction seems irrational in response to something like loyalty points-- and that's because it is. I believe it was clearly due to me walking out of the job, when I had worked there, and this was a form of retaliation. (Rob trained me and knows I'm trans (ftm), and got this job right out of a shelter I lived in to try to get back on my feet) Even threatened me with physical violence- asking/urging me to fight him because "the gate's open now! come fight me b**ch" I'm appalled with how this reaction seemed almost second nature for him. The item I purchased from this shop was purchased 2 days prior with 1 single use. It couldn't be used since the holes were too small but you didn't want to listen. You acted like it was coming out of your pocket when you could have returned it and they found it defective. You just didn't wanna lose out by having to wait on them. I was buying Phenibut from Cheeba Hut for awhile until I started buying it from a website called nootropics depot. But, the first time I ran out of my supply I went into Cheeba Hut to buy some, and this time it was disgusting and not the same stuff as before!!I know what pure phenibut is supposed to taste like and also I love to cook and bake so, I know what gelatin taste like too! So, after I asked for the phenibut & as he was walking over to grab it, I asked, do you guys still mix it with other stuff? AND......HOLY HELL. He went from 0 to 1000 in a instant. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!! I came in looking for an ash catcher, found one. Walked out. On the way home my wife called and said how tight we are on $$ right now, please try to return it. The guy behind the counter was more than willing to help, he even called Manager, and explained the situation, and explained I had literally been out of the store for maybe four minutes total...... I could hear him through the phone, but I don't think he knew it, he literally said fuck no. I have never been more disgusted in my entire life with the way that a business was ran, and I will encourage every single person I ever encounter to never go to any store owned by this group. On the counter side, I ordered some glass from Amazon recently..... when it got to me and didn't fit, I requested a return and they gave me my money back and literally said do not send the glass back........ Used to shop at wild bills. Now ill never go there. Cheeba hut treats their customers very well. Super knowledgable about the product and they dont rush the sale like wild bills does. Let me start by saying that Alan is great. He's always friendly and helpful. However, there's a younger man that works there, he opened the story today on 3/9/21. The guy has always had a bad attitude but I just brushed it off as their Kratom bar is the best in my area. Today I went in and as usual I was browsing through their bargins while he helped another customer. This guy then starts making comments about always checking out the bargin bin (that's what it's there for, yeah?) and putting my hands in my pockets. I told him he's free to look through my pockets and he immediately starts yelling and telling me he'll put his hands on me if he wants because it's his store, his "house". He then tells me to never look through the bin again. I will never shop at this store again, not on my life. I can get kratom cheaper online and have it delivered to my door. The only reason(s) I kept going here was because Alan is always so helpful and I like to support local businesses. They say they open at 10:30, but there is never anyone in the store before Noon. They don't answer their phones, literally will answer and hang up on you. Overpriced. If I could give a zero I would. I went in to purchase a vape, I said I wanted the vape pen 22, not a huge deal I accidentally received the v2 part my fault also because I should have paid more attention to the package instead of trusting the employee heard and understood me. Anyhow, I got to my car and realized it was the v2, I went back in the store with the vape (still in package) and told the guy that he gave me the v2 he said no problem and grabbed the other one and switched it for me but told me he could not give me the difference in price. The v2 was $37.99 and the pen 22 was $29.99. He insisted all he can do is give me a extra coil (which mind you I can get at wild bills for $3.99 a coil). So my husband called him and asked NICELY why he wouldn't give me the difference back on my credit card. He started screaming and swearing at my husband, dropping f bombs and ultimately hung up the on my husband saying "mother f*ck this" and hung up. This place is a joke if I could review it a -5 I would. The young dude is a tough guy. I literally bought something from there came back 2 minutes after buying something to exchange it out because I got the wrong thing and this dude tells me he can't return or exchange anything that it's posted on the door. So I explained I was only gone for two minutes he tells me the product was used and he can't return it or exchange it again "which it was not used" and then starts to yell at me and tell me IT'S STORE POLICY. So now we're having an exchanging of words and as were exchanging words he's coming around the counter like he's going to come outside with me and wants to fight. About a week or so ago two friends and I went into the store. (Keep in mind, we are 3 teenage girls). Friend 1 asked the guy behind the counter (white male, black curly hair, avg height, always calls people sweetie and honey) the price of a bong. At this point my friend made a comment that the glass is priced differently depending on who you ask. He got a major attitude with us after that. We dropped the subject for the time being to buy what we needed. When we were finished getting rung up, one of my friends told the employee he should watch his attitude and that she didn't like the way he talked to her sister (friend 1) and that he would be getting a visit if he proceeded to treat us that way. To which his response was that he would be returning us a 'visit'. While what she said may have been a bit out of line, the employee coming back like that was Unprofessional as fuck, he should've just took it and told us to have a nice day. Friend 1 then exclaimed to the employee, wearing a Detroit vs everybody t shirt, that he's not from Detroit, we are and he should have some respect. He then proceeded to follow us to our car out of the side/back door and began filming us and our license plate. But that wasn't all, before disappearing back into the store he TOUCHED HIMSELF INAPPROPRIATELY in front of us as if to say "fuck you, suck my dick". We drove away, until we realized he had just sold one of their products to one of my friends who is a minor. We went back to inform him that he just did something illegal, but he was so scared of 3 teenage girls that he had to lock the door to the store. We went back to our car where we were met by him, once again, at the back door. He was on the phone with what i assumes to be the police, claiming that we were being violent. Finally, while we were a good 10 ft away from him, he cries into the phone "oh my god they're coming at me, they're going to hit me!!" And slammed the back door once again only to pop out seconds later telling us not to leave because the police would be there soon. THIS WORKER IS DISGUSTING, IMMATURE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Until such action is taken, myself and my friends will not be returning with our business. If you're going to conduct a sketchy, illegal business, you might want to think about at least being nice to your customers so it doesn't bite you in the ass. read more

Employees are kinda nice it's a nice place but they are over priced. They say they have great deals but they mark up everything and then put a deal on it. Like they charge $110 for the Smok tpriv but you can go to any other smoke shop and buy it for $70. They have a $40 mark up on most of their stuff. read more
