Pretty much what I have expected since the first time I went there. But I have to comment about my last visit and purchase, regarding how I paid. When I was ready to pay, I asked the salesperson who helped me if I could pay by tapping my phone on the terminal (I know how that question may sound to some, but I still ask anyways), and was told that yes, I could. When I did, the next screen that popped up asked if it was a debit or credit card, and the salesperson said I should use credit (the card I was using is a debit card, but whatever...). The purchase was being processed while I noticed a slight difference in what I thought was the total price and what I saw that I was paying. I didn't think about too much at that moment, figuring I'd look at the receipt later to see what the difference was. When I did check the receipt, I noticed an unexpected charge included into the bill, called a "LeisurePay Fee (Credit)" of $5.16. While I realise that 5 bucks as a fee is probably trivial to most people, what pisses me off about it is this: If by using a credit method of payment also includes a fee, then I should have been told about that before finalizing the payment, and then I could have maybe paid differently, and not feel like I was hustled into paying credit to incur that fee. The result of this is that I blame myself for not being a bit more aware of what was occurring at the time, and that now I won't go to PUFF Utica again. Thanks for the overall experience.

I go there because it's the only place I've found that takes credit. Now I go to the centerline location because I moved. I think they all operate the same. Plus the point situation is weird. I should have a lot of points from years ago when I delivered all the time before I had a car. When I tried to use those points, a worker told me delivery points is different from points you get for coming in the store. But just yesterday a staff member at the centerline location told me that shouldn't be the case. And I wanted to know how many points you even get for what you buy.

I took it back today saying I used it for a couple days, and I'd like store credit instead of a return because it's used, but I'm unhappy. The cashier texted the manager and kept saying he won't allow it because it's opened and used. I explained the store isn't refunding me, but I just don't want this product anymore in exchange for something else. The manager - who doesn't even show up to the store by the way - was just worried about making money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I used to come here for years for vapes and then they jacked up the prices, so I went to the gas station next door. This is my first experience back after 2 years of not being a customer, and I'm glad they reminded me why I don't shop there. Their only concern is money, and it's obvious. I don't carry cash. however, I was going to pay cash today but since she was so rude I will never go back there again. I did show her the slip she showed me was paid on my credit card ap kn my phone. she also said I had to give her cash for it. that would be paid by my card. I put the cash back iny wallet and walked out for the last time.
