Wow! I see some pretty horrific reviews here. While I'm not addressing the people's experiences that wrote the reviews, I will say that I have been dealing with these people for approximately five years or so. Personally, I have been treated very well, and they have all been friendly to me. I go in between 2-3 times a month 'cause I'm a "low life" and I like to smoke cigarettes...the nicotine kills the Covid virus...or Dr. Fauci says...lol....that's a joke people. Horrible customer service, because the self claimed "owner" Matt couldn't sell me something he got all pissy and said I'm wasting his time. This is my 20-30th time going into the store and I've never seen him before or atleast never dealt with him directly. I come in twice a month a buy two boxes of woods and also 2 boxes of al Capone originals. He went out of his way to make it a point that he's always their and has never seen me. Maybe because i always come in grab what I want, pay and leave. He would not get off the fact of telling me that he is "always" there and if I come in as often as I say I do (only twice a month btw) that I'm pretty much lying. The last two times I came in looking for somethint different, last time a vape mod, which is the first time I've ever saw or delt with him, he tells me they get the best of the best and that there is no pleasing me and I'm wasting his time by asking a few minor questions, because I know what I want and I do research on the products I come on to see if they havez, which they never do and then when He can't sell me on something else, I grabbed a unopened box of the wild rum woods, asked how much they were to the woman working there she kindly said 50 dollars, mind you only reason I asked the price when I always buy my woods from there is because it was a limited edition box, I began walking to the counter to purchase them and leave after having been talked to like that buy the so called owner "Matt", he says in a loud voice "DONT OPEN THOSE" literally after I just asked how much they were while he was right next to her, no wonder he never "recognized me" he didn't even pay attention to what he we going on. Also keep in mind he maybe talked to me for 3 minutes the entire time I was in the store for a good half hour, but I'm "wasting his time". Anyways after the way he said "don't open the box" after I had no intention of opening the box, the box was in one hand and i was in walking forwards the counter and I said "excuse me, why the fuck would I open the box? I am buying them" he said okay and then proceeded to be a dick and said we don't need your business. So I said who's the owner? He said himself, "Matt btw" and I said how can I find out if you're actually the owner beg sue everyone else but u has never had a problem dealing with me and I'd like to continue to give the owner my business. The woman was getting upset and said yes he is the owner will you please leave i don't need this" I put the box of woods back and quietly left. The owner is Complete and utter trash. Acting like he knew wasn't going to buy anything because I wouldn't just listen to him and go off what he was saying was the best items, when I came in for a specific item. Oh well. Matt does not care about his customers unless they are buying something. God forbid if someone knows more than he does about his own products and knows the dude is actually lying to make a sale. Telling me nope these are the newest ones. Hes just trash. Was told not to come Back. No problem. He's so disrespectful. read more

Seriously all I do is spend money here and 1 defect happens on an item that's not my fault and the management wants to tell me to go thru the manufacturer for any kind of warranty. They should take care of the customer within reason instead of giving everyone the same RUNaROUND. Be aware of any concerns you have with anything from this store because it's backed up by nothing other than the people that make the product and not by the people that take your $$$$ and say have a nice day. read more
