But much to my delight, it's become my favourite vape shop in Durham. They have a HUGE selection of e-juices, with sales going on all the time. It doesn't always mesh with my favourite flavours, but the prices are so affordable that it really doesn't matter. And they customize the nic levels in the e-juices so you can get exactly what you want. Plus, the staff remember faces and greet you the next time you come in, but in that chill, laidback way where you feel part of things without it ever being too nosy. And I do live in the U.S. and have only purchased from B.C. Canada a few times over years. I paid for one bottle of a supplement (Dr. Murray) that was unavailable for a very long time from iherb.com and that I had been purchasing for many years each month. This purchase was September of 2024! I contacted via email more than two times and actually received a phone call/voice mail stating they would issue the refund when I still did not have the product two months out (late October 2024). I received an email from their mail processor for U.S. bound deliveries and submitted the information requested and thereafter NOTHING, even contacting NN.ca again and receiving zero response. I even had the USPS check into my package and was informed they could do nothing and had my family member in NYC check into the matter, also unable to get help. You cannot be a great company when there is ZERO customer service response to matters concerning what you sell. National Nutrition is substandard and does not even deserve the 1 star. And FYI, this isn't about tariffs or who is in office (I have my opinions about that), but about product and customer service.
