I am uncertain of what exactly transpired from the first time of contracting this company…read more Initially, they provided great services for lawn care and I contracted with his son to cut a large tree in which I ended up having to haul the tree myself to the dump myself, which was a lot considering that I paid him $300. I am beginning to wonder if the differences came in over not contracting them for a roof job that they quoted $10,000 when other roofers (that strictly do roofs) came in at least $3,000 less. He even said that he understood being that he was priced the highest. I am all about businesses making money, but I did not think that caused any contention as I was honest and upfront with him about cost being the determining factor over who would get the roofing job. Thereafter, I booked him on 3/11/2020 via yelp for an appointment. He never showed up or never called and never texted to say that he was not available. That was unprofessional and a simple text to say "no thank you, I'm not available or I choose not to do anymore business with you" would have made it clear.
