They point out and demonstrate martial applications, discuss related philosophy and welcome questions. In addition to the form, we have learned "Tai Chi walking," two-person "push-hands" practices, standing meditation, various "qi gong" movements, diaphragmatic & related breathing techniques, and unique and interesting warm-up exercises. Tiger Crane's studio is well-lit, spacious and inviting in a sparkling new location. Overall, Tiger Crane is a great place to learn Tai Chi. Cancelled my membership in person 4 months ago and was told it was taken care of through the app…read more It wasn't--they continued charging me, and I had to dispute the charges through my credit card. When I went back, I was told I had to pay the balance just to cancel again or they would keep charging me and send it to collections, and it would impact my credit. They then blamed me for believing their staff 4 months ago when they said it was canceled.  From what I've seen on the Better Business Bureau, this appears to be a known issue with Fit Factory. Really frustrating experience and poor handling overall. If you join, don't rely on the app they direct you to--have them process the cancellation manually and get a printed or emailed confirmation before you leave. Also check your statements afterward to make sure you're not still being billed.
