They do not enforce wiping down the machines. I've seen people walk out of the restroom w/o washing hands and use the equipment. One water fountain working in entire gym. Equipment has been down for months w/o fixing or replacing. Don't waste your hard earned money in a place like this. This place has gone down hill fast.

When I went back, I was told I had to pay the balance just to cancel again or they would keep charging me and send it to collections, and it would impact my credit. They then blamed me for believing their staff 4 months ago when they said it was canceled.  From what I've seen on the Better Business Bureau, this appears to be a known issue with Fit Factory. Really frustrating experience and poor handling overall. If you join, don't rely on the app they direct you to--have them process the cancellation manually and get a printed or emailed confirmation before you leave. Also check your statements afterward to make sure you're not still being billed.
