It's the perfect setting for a special occasion. The food is absolutely delicious, with a menu that offers something for everyone. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The cocktail hour was phenomenal. The service is exceptional as well. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel like a valued guest. We did not opt for the…read moretypical all-inclusive venue, so we had a separate catering staff, and did a lot of the set up ourselves the day before. But a lot still needed to be done the day of (set up the ceremony chairs outside, stick to the timeline, tell guests where to go, and when, etc.) Last minute, we decided we needed help making sure things were perfect on the day of. The best thing I can say is that, as the bride, I literally didn't have to worry about a single thing that day other than getting ready, showing up, and being married. And we were able to enjoy our time with all our guests instead of worrying about the small details that come up throughout the day. I gave Ben our proposed timeline ahead of time, and he made sure everything happened on time, and as expected. If anything wasn't running smoothly, I had no clue because he took care of it and then some. The fact that I didn't have to worry about setup, the timeline, and coordinating the catering staff was a HUGE factor in what made our day so perfect, and a giant success. Off -Premise was to be our safety net, there to assist the caterer's staff and troubleshoot as needed. Little did we know that Ben's expertise would save the day! In addition to handling the list of tasks we assigned him, he recognized that the wait staff was not on schedule with serving dinner and put them back on track by taking orders and serving meals. He continuously worked through the whole event, actually running, through the venue, making sure everything was perfect and all the while checking in with us, asking if we needed anything.
