Ruffolo's homemakes and sells ravioli (beef and cheese), Italian sausage, hot beef in gravy, meatballs, pasties, and gnocchi. All except come as a dozen or half a dozen. The items come in vacuumed bags which you boil at home in hot water. It could not be easier. They also provide you with a direction sheet for each item, since times do vary. I was a bit put out when I ordered garlic bread because it ended up being from Pepperidge Farms. In the end, the dinner was PERFECT and EAST to prepare.
