The waitress responded, "It doesn't make sense to me either," yet the charge was still not removed. So ultimately, I paid €4.50 for one piece of soggy bacon in tomato juice. I highlighted and attached the menu because transparency matters, especially for visitors unfamiliar with local practices. Unfortunately, this felt like a clear tourist upcharge, which was disappointing given my initial excitement to support the establishment.
