What a great concept!!! The first question I asked the delivery/chef guy, Samuel, was "Do you offer plant based, vegan or vegetarian options?" To my surprise, he said YES! My co-worker and I placed an order for the Mediterranean Chicken Salad (minus the chicken) with hummus and pita. We were very impressed with the flavor and freshness of the ingredients. Food is good, selection is ok. Service, horrible. The driver never waits long enough. We are a large building and I work in a warehouse office. Only way I know if the driver is here is when our receptionist emails us. Today I got an email @ 11:05. I went to go get some food and by 11:07 the driver was gone. It's nice to have a meal rather than just going to a fast food establishment during work. It personally saves me time, gas, and money. My only concern so far is their chicken can sometimes be a bit too salty for my taste. Other than that, their bread is soft. By far I have tried the pasta with meatballs, pesto salad, and the fajita sub with chipotle dressing. I recommend all of them. The office where I work has a microwave as well as a mini oven, I have the convenience of heating up the food, as this may not be the case for some. I have been a customer for a couple years now and for the past two weeks I have been receiving the worst service ever. I usually get pre orders of salads and they "forget about my order." Our usual delivery guy no longer services our building not sure why, he had such amazing customer service and always had my pre orders correct and now the current driver forgets?... But they have also raised the price and the plates are smaller portions. Discovered these guys when I started a new job. Always friendly, and really accommodating. I recently found out you can customize and pay for your meal online and you don't have to worry about being around or available when they show up. I've only tried a few salads and sandwiches, but everything has been good so far. The egg salad in particular is GREAT! Also, portions are huge. COTR first came into our office to introduce themselves as they were starting to service our office building. I like the business model they have, a few meals on a designated day, and they come to you! Every Friday they will come and bring the new menu for the following week. The delivery guy is extremely courteous. Even if we have not put in an order, he will pop in and just check with the office before he leaves. The food choices have a pretty good variety between meals. Each day they have some kind of sandwich available as well as a hot meal option and salads. Menu is small, but very simple, which I appreciate. I don't like having too many options as it prolongs the choosing process. I enjoy the pasta meals, which are "hot". They come cold, and you have to reheat yourself, which is perfectly find with me. I typically eat a little later in the afternoon, so keeping it cold until I'm ready to eat is ideal. I have not had any problems with my meals. They have all been delicious, and convenient! read more
