Delicious food, and lots of it! I reached out about 2 weeks before NYE and asked if she could cater our event. She said she could and did an incredible job! Originally we had close to 30 people attending, so she was able to scale my order down from her standard 50-person order to 30, plus included both the grilled peppers and onions, and grilled mushrooms as well. Any questions I had regarding my order she responded quickly (via email.) Day of the party I find out that about 10 more people are coming, so I called her around 10am and explained the situation. She was able to accommodate my request to make it for 40 people instead of 30 without hesitation. She personally delivered my order within the time frame I requested and was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She provided plenty of plates, napkins, cups, serving utensils, and forks and offered to help set up. Everything was made fresh and tasted amazing! Absolutely amazing experience with Chef Dacia Reyes and her husband, Eddie. We just had a reception for my daughter's graduation and they were the absolute hit of the party! The food was delicious!! We had the Birria, marinated chicken, Carnitas and Carne Asada tacos. We also had the watermelon agua Fresca. Everything was made to order. They did all the prep work, the set up, provided the meal service and did the entire cleanup as well!! Absolutely worth every penny to have them host your next event! This is the second time I have had D Taco Lady's food! First time was at an event for my gym and I fell in taco love. The food was amazing!! I decided to use them for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party. Once again, I was not disappointed. The food was so delicious and fresh. They showed up on time (actually early) to set up and just hung out on stand by until I gave them the go ahead to start. They are extremely friendly, fun to work with and reply to emails quickly. Everyone at the party raved about the food! Pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount of food we received. The standard deal came with choice of three meats (some up charge for certain meats or extra), toppings (cilantro, onions, limes, radishes and cucumbers), red and green salsas, half pan beans, half pan rice, 1 bag of chips and three gallons of flavored beverage (I got the pineapple agua fresca which was so refreshing and tasty). I also added cheese for an extra small charge. They provided plates, cups, napkins and forks. They serve for two hours which was more than enough time. They are quick and efficient when serving guests and so friendly. We had plenty of food and leftovers which you of course get to keep. It was just as delicious the next day for lunch! I have been using Dacia's services for 3 years now. Our first time was amazing and just as good as the last time we used her(yesteday). We have had attendance of 100-150 people and they continuously deliver amazing food and great customer service to all. Next year we plan to use her again with 175 people and can't wait to see her again. Her food and beverage options are all delicious and refreshing. One thing I have been very impressed with is she remembers previous events and our customers. This year she remember that we had some customers who were vegetarian so without asking she purchased small amounts of portobello mushroom to help satisfy those customers who could not eat last year. I thought that was so kind of her. When planning a large event, I can depend on Dacia and Eddy to take care of the food so I can focus on other things on event day.
