Throughout the planning process, Lionel was always quick in responding to questions and helpful in guiding me to a rental company for a beautiful dinner table set up of fine china, crystal glasses and sterling silverware. His menu options were perfect for my husband who can be a very picky eater. My husband and I are big foodies and have been to most of the top restaurants in Houston, Lionel's cooking was as good if not better than the best in town. Every course was absolutely delicious! The mussels were perfectly cooked, the caprese salad couldn't have been any better and everyone's filets were cooked spot on. He made a carrot purée that we have been talking about for days! On top of the amazing food, Lionel himself was as personable and friendly as he could be in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the food he was serving. Each course came with an explanation of the ingredients and where they were from. I hope to have Lionel back in my home again soon and will be recommending him to everyone I know in the Houston area.
