Our meal started off with the lobster bisque which was absolute perfection. Next we had a wedge salad, which was topped with bacon and blue cheese, and some other items, including tomatoes. I am not a wedge salad person, and I was converted. For our meal we had filet mignon on top of a bed of potatoes with asparagus. It was absolutely delicious and I could barely finish it. The meal ended with crème brûlée, which I cannot say enough great things about. Overall, it was one of the best dinners I have ever had. Not only were she and Natalie the coolest, Chef Vee tailored everything on the menu towards what we were looking for (and some we didn't know we were looking for...). My fiance and I are in love with Peruvian cuisine, especially seafood, and once we learned that was Chef Vee's specialty, we were beyond excited to try her infused take on some classic dishes.
