Formaggio who was nice but slow in action as my final result in leaving the practice. My daughter is an infant with bad spit problems and not gaining weight. They didn't seem to think this was much of an issue. It wasn't until I blew up they said maybe a consult with GI would be a good idea. I changed formula about 5 times and she is only 11 weeks old. Some of the RN staff need a refresher course on being a gentle and caring nurse. Mary is very rough on the edges and not sure if she likes her job. Working with children is not her specialty. On another occasion my baby had a black tongue and we saw Dr. Jacques Sulahiah. Who simple said he doesn't know what it is. Sent me home with more different formula and dismissed my concern! My friend who is a GI pedi RN said it was thresh. REALLY! He didn't even bother to pretend to discuss this with other co-worker. He may be very nice to children but question his ability as a good Pediatrician. My daughter was finally seen by a new Pedi and he was very surprised at the lack of action Chelmsford pediatrics took with my daughter. In his view my daughter is not gaining enough weight as she should and a GI appointment should have been done so long ago. His concern was so big his office called MGH and got us an urgent appointment tomorrow. I am totally disgusted and very upset that it has taken me this long to be taken serious as well as my daughter being sent to a GI specialist. PARENT DON'T GO HERE. you want more than good hours and flexible appointment. your children need Pediatricians willing to go beyond the norm for their healthcare. That you will not find it here.

They were very professional yet concerned with both patient comfort and understanding of what was happening in the procedure. My only criticism is the front office staff is loud and there are HIPAA breach concerns. The walls are very thin and the machinery is quite loud so you hear everything going on with other patients. But from staff perspective I was very pleased. Felt well cared for and not rushed.

I listened to the message again and it very clearly says my appointment is 10, not that my appointment is 1020 but they need me there at 10. In the time of COVID, I got to sit around in a waiting room for 40 minutes because this office doesn't respect its patients enough to give them accurate information. When I communicated the problem with their messages and how people who know to show up 15-20 minutes early to an appointment are punished with the way they communicate, the receptionist brushed me off.

I've been dealing with Achilles tendinitis for about 20 years. Recently, it has gotten so bad, it looks like there's a marble at the back of my left heel because the tendon is so inflamed and I can barely walk on it. On the right side, the pain is in the top of the foot really bad. I said a 10. She said, "I don't believe you". On my next visit I had the same rude therapist and she asked my pain level. Again, I said 10. She said, "So I'm calling the ambulance and taking you to the hospital to get end of life care?" I was STUNNED and MORTIFIED. You ARE NOT allowed to say 10 in there, and whatever you do say, they question and make you feel like a liar and an idiot. The other day, a different, EXTREMELY ROUGH mind you, was massaging my calves and having a conversation with another staff member. She would massage for a few seconds, then stop to pay more attention to the person she was talking to, and start massaging for a few seconds, then stop, etc. I was LIVID. I'm in MORE pain now than when I started 4-5 weeks ago, AND have pain in other parts of my ankles and feet I DIDN'T HAVE when I started. I'd like to name these therapists, but I'll refrain for now. I would NEVER recommend this place, and tomorrow I'm telling them I'm done.

Dr. Megan Ford, senior audiologist at HearSmart, conducted Mom's hearing test and recommended an Oticon hearing aid. After Dr. Ford adjusted the new hearing aid, Mom tried it for a few minutes, loved it, and we were on our way back to Mom's assisted-living residence. The entire process took less than an hour, and Mom has been happy with her ability to hear more clearly and participate in group activities. Since then, the hearing aid has performed flawlessly. But last week I received a call from one of the nurses at Mom's residence to inform me that her hearing aid's battery retainer broke and had disabled the device. I'll never know if Mom broke it herself or if one of the aides there snapped it accidentally while inserting a new battery. Anyway, I picked up the broken hearing aid and called HearSmart Audiology to explain the situation with the broken battery retainer. Amy, HearSmart's receptionist, asked if I could drop-off the broken hearing aid so they could assess the issue while I waited. Later that morning, I stopped at HearSmart Audiology and placed the broken hearing aid in the drop-off basket located outside the door of the office. As requested, I went back to my car to wait and watched Amy take the hearing aid inside. Within 15 minutes, a young audiologist came out and told me that he was able to install a brand-new battery retainer. I paid a very reasonable repair fee and the hearing aid was good as new! I was amazed they had spare battery retainers in stock and even more amazed they dropped what they were doing to repair Mom's hearing aid in a matter of minutes. I am writing this review to let others know about the superb service that HearSmart Audiology delivers. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ford's practice was not yet open but she offered to come by the house. Her manner with my mother-in-law (and also my busy toddler) was wonderful: kind, patient and professional. She took the hearing aid home, fixed it, and brought it back to us an hour later in full working order. My mother-in-law was so relieved and grateful - we all were, really. We can't thank her enough for the wonderful service and thoughtfulness. We welcome your practice to Littleton, Dr. Ford and will certainly refer anyone we know to you in the future!
