Customer service is very friendly and they do on-time, quality work. Story time - 1. I had a friend accidentally spill all over an old Pendleton blanket that's very special to me. It was passed to me from my dad (who passed away years ago) and the pattern is no longer produced. Stadium Cleaners did an amazing job getting it back to pristine, which was a huge relief! 2. I got my wedding dress cleaned here! It had a pretty large train so this was not a simple undertaking and this was of course a special item to me. I was happy with their work on this one. Believe this was $185 which I thought was really reasonable for the amount of fabric in this dress especially. 3. Otherwise, I usually will do my coats here (especially my puffy winter coats that seem to absorb stains throughout the season), delicate sweaters (though more often than not I keep trying to just put those through my washing machine - one day I'll learn my lesson...), and a specialty jacket I wear for hospital volunteering. As an added bonus, they're located next to Dimo's - I sometimes try to time my dry cleaner drop off/pick ups to snag a breakfast bagel next door :).

The owner is extremely combative. Based on my personal experience, make sure to NEVER bring the items you care about to this place. If they damage it, they will not take any responsbility for it WHILE being degrading, slanderous, and simply just a bully. The owner never thought to apologize even once, instead, he yelled, screamed, and complained about going to them for responsibility for damaged goods. The situation is long so I will leave this review here with a screenshot of the message I received after their insurance had settled the situation and I went to pick up my item.

I wasn't sure if it was possible to get the stains out but figured I'd leave it to professionals. When I got it back, my jaw dropped. It looked good as new, no stains and even whiter than I had ever seen it. Service was extremely professional, quick, and easy. Left the clothes with them for a few days and they held it for a few days until I had time to pick it up. They have my business for the foreseeable future.

One is a vintage wool car coat (shorter than the usual length of a coat) from Eileen Fisher, something I bought about 35 years ago. Another is a dark dark purpleish 3/4 length coat, with great sentimental value. So I was hesitant to turn these over and take a chance. However, I can say without reservation that Elite Cleaners II did an excellent job! The colors look more vibrant, esp. the Eileen Fisher coat, which is a dark teal. And that they use a "wet" method and not chemicals was a plus. The items were ready one week later. Yes, you can expect to pay more for their service, although I don't know if the $53.00 for two coats would be standard or not. At any rate, to my mind, it was well worth it. Now my coats are ready for the next winter in Ann Arbor!

Very disappointed in the lack of apology for stringing us along for over a week on a job they promised but could not actually come through on. This laundromat was perfect for us when we needed a fresh start to the week. They have laundry detergent etc., available for when we forgot to bring any, coin exchange machines since there are not enough quarters in the world, and while we did laundry we were able to vacuum out the car and do a quick wash. Worth your time to check it out if you are dealing with anything related to what we've been through! Highly recommend!

The building is shared with a liquor store, and is not the best looking building. That is where the disappointment ends. There is a very nice man that has been there every time that I have been there. (Whether it be early in the AM or after work). It appears that he is the owner. He does an excellent job, and seems to really value his customers. I typically drop off my stuff in the morning before work and is always available the next day after work. He charges a very cheap (at least in my opinion) at $1.50 a dress shirt. Definitely worth giving a shot. Especially to support this friendly small business owner.
