If I could give zero stars I would. I have been bringing my uniform here twice a month for over a year (as well as many other items). They are over-priced and have a bad community attitude. My wife went in to pick up our dry cleaning and brought in HIS coupon. He denied her using the coupon stating "only use coupon on drop off." But, she didn't pay for it on drop off....she paid for it on pickup!! Doesn't make any sense. When we lived in Canton, I got to know my dry cleaner and the employees - why doesn't the owner of GreenAge recognize me?? When I forgot a coupon in Canton - they still honored the coupon price. We'll be using any other dry cleaner in Chelsea and I advise YOU do the same. Horrible customer loyalty treatment. I expect a lot more. read more

They are very friendly and quick. Do a great job and are very affordable! Very convenient location also, and even open Saturdays!

Just called and unfortunately they are still in business! My husband took a coat to be dry cleaned and it was ripped in the process. He pointed it out to the owner and he basically said it was our problem now. He wasn't going to fix it and did not even give a discount on the cleaning bill. Needless to say, we are never going back! I have been using greengage cleaner for approx 4 months since I moved to the area and all was going decent not great but not bad, I loved whatever seamstress they send their clothes out to they do fantastic. However, this last visit they lost a customer I had paid when I dropped off the item, however when I picked it up he charged me. When I told him nicely I absolutely for sure paid I gave him 5$ bill he rudely responded that if he didn't write paid on the receipt then I didn't. I nicely responded he must have forgotten or made a mistake no big deal and he once again rudely told me there is no evidence I paid therefore I must pay. I ask whether we could look back to the drop off days records to see if he can find it there and he angrily said no and since I paid in cash there is no evidence so I must pay. So I paid twice for dry cleaning... the kicker is it was over 4.75$ and when picking up the item I was dropping off 16$ worth of more dry cleaning. When I told him that I was no longer dropping those clothes off he got super huffy and gave me my change and slammed the drawer shut. This business lost a customer over 5$ because of poor/rude customer service. read more

I had a new, beautiful dress with white on the top and black on the bottom (all polyester). I wore it one time and decided to follow the tag instructions and have it dry cleaned. My mom dropped it off and picked it up for me. The moment I saw it I could tell that the white was now grey and dingy. I went to the shop (07.23.16) and explained myself kindly to the man. He barely let me speak. He told me basically that I shouldn't have bought a dress like that because it will discolor the white. He's a dry cleaner, he's supposed to care for my items. He said he washed it separately and this always happens to items like this. He completely changed my dress. More care should have been taken on his part. I know colors can bleed and that extra care has to be taken when washing certain items. He wouldn't offer a refund or anything. He has lost a customer. Please DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Unbelievable. I took a suit into this cleaners. When I got it back and wore the jacket, they'd pressed the lapel lower than the top button so that if I buttoned it there was a decided bunch in the cloth. When I took it back to them, with the receipt, the guy at the front told me that they pressed virtually every panel on the suit except that one. Considering that both lapels were pressed evenly, he clearly was lying so I asked him how it got that way. He said he didn't know. I told him I didn't believe him and for very good reason: the guy was lying through his teeth. I gave this place one star because I couldn't give it any worse. I hope they go out of business. read more
