I set up monthly payments on THEIR site despite that. The company the monthly payments are done through showed me they paid them, and they are still harassing me over the bill that's been paid. They didn't apply it to my account. Just stay away. The billing issues with this place are a constant nightmare. I'm so close to filing a BBB complaint. It's been constant issues with billing.

I made my appointment a few weeks in advance and they got me in no problem. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and all of the staff were wearing their masks properly. The assistant taking my teeth scans was kind and professional but I'm drawing a blank on her name, sorry!! Dr. Keith came in shortly after and was welcoming and so easy to talk to. He was really thorough explaining the process and all the necessary steps we would need to take to reach my desired smile. I really appreciated his attention to detail and answering all of my questions. He gave me a timeline on when I should receive pricing and the next steps. I also have to mention how comfortable the dental chair was that I was sitting/reclined in. They even have a TV mounted above for while you wait- especially cool for distracting kiddos! I've had regular cleanings as well as fillings and, most recently, a crown (same day!) at this location. I have zero complaints about any of these interactions. They develop a care plan with you before treatment, so there are no surprises when you're done. My 5-year old daughter also is seen here and she has developed an early enjoyment of going to the dentist, which I know is uncommon. After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics.
