This time I had an experience where the stylist listened and actually delivered! When I arrived, for my consultation on July 3rd, I was warmly welcomed by Zac and offered a cup of tea or coffee. In real china, not paper cups. It's a small thing but a nice touch! I booked an appointment for next Wednesday. When I arrived for my hair appointment, Navie greeted me and was prompt and social. His confidence showed no hesitation in cutting or with styling. He seems to enjoy his craft. In an hour I was done and good to go. Checking out/ payment was easy at the front desk. I especially appreciate not giving me the hard sell on the hundreds of products that lined their shelves. Five stars. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Navie again.

I finally found a stylist here that does an INCREDIBLE job with my hair colour. She is the first one I have found that is able to achieve the look I have been trying to get for many many years. The salon is lovely as well - it feels comfortable, it's an Aveda salon so they have good quality hair colour, and they use all the yummy smelling products that can only be mistaken as Aveda. However, then she constantly kept saying it like it was a chore "Wow this is never ending". She said it so much that I literally had to tell her that it is my hair and I like it the way it is. She gave me these tight goldy locks looking curls when I told her I had a reception to attend that evening. I couldn't even fix it when I got home.
