She let me take my time, choose the carpet I wanted. I compared and asked about a lot about a variety of things (including prices) The team never rushed me. She allowed me to take some samples home to look at and came to pick them up later. Once she was 100% sure that I had what I wanted .. She ordered the carpet. A week later a team of guys came to begin the install. They were extremely professional, respectful, and polite the entire time they were in my home. They did not make a mess at all. They cleaned up after them selves.. including taking the trash/debris outside to a bucket they brought. The team didn't even use my trash containers. They even vacuumed the carpeted areas once installation was complete. The process took two days. On the second day, a thunderstorm happened while installing.. my poor afraid dog burst into the room and insisted on staying with one of the carpet installers. The man just petted her, talked to her, and worked around her. I kept removing her but any chance she got.. she wanted to sit by him to be safe.

From the day I phoned to see if they could come give me a quote, to the day the installation was completed --everything went as promised and with top quality service. The owner came to our home, very knowledgeable, listened, worked with us to get a sample even on a day the store was closed, then emailed me a quote outlining what we spoke about. When I was ready to proceed, he was responsive to phone calls and questions; scheduled our install on the days we were on vacation and the install went without any problem. We love the new floors, were very pleased with the installers, and now I know why they've been in business for 20+ years.
