Saw the Chem-Dry team preparing to clean the carpet in another unit in my condo complex in Greenport, and asked Tom Perry (the owner) for an estimate. My wife and I had debated replacing the carpet in our unit, but Tom said "No problem, you'll change your mind after we clean it?" The team arrived a few minutes early for their 9 a.m. appointment. Tom from Chem-Dry has been cleaning my carpets n my couches n love seats for almost 10 years won't use anyone else does a great job every time n I have 2 dogs n a cat so the dirt puke n hair from them gets bad after a while .My couch n love seat got so old had to get rid of it n bought leather because it's kid n animal friendly n much easier to clean,but that didn't stop me from calling Tom to come back to do all my carpets they look n smell great wen he leaves every time n is very good with appointments he will work around what ever u need.Highly recommend him. read more
