One thing I've always respected about the owner Chelsea is that she doesn't try to sell you a service/product that you truly don't need and today, Melissa did just the same thing! She took the time to review skin care and had an honest conversation with me about what she felt in her professional opinion that will work in direct alignment with my skin care needs presently . The reason I'm leaving a review is due to the lack of integrity demonstrated by Chelsea in numerous ways. The lies that she as the business owner fabricates when it's convenient for her are disgusting in my opinion. She is an extremely dishonest person from my experience. She lied to me and my credit card company repeatedly, and thankfully she didn't get the money she tried to illegally charge me. Claiming I cancelled an appointment 40 minutes in? People don't show up to an appointment and cancel 40 minutes into it. The last fabricated statement she wrote to my credit card company when justifying her fraudulent charge said I called the day before to cancel, which contradicts the statement below and the previous false statement she wrote to my credit card company. Her claim that I was 25 minutes late when I have time-stamped locations from my phone to prove I was on time is entirely false and libel in a court of law. "Respecting artists time" to Chelsea means lining her personal pockets with any lies necessary, in my experience. And defamation only applies when the information is false, which it is not. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I was a loyal customer for awhile. I went there for a year and had amazing results until the last tech left. I went to their new girl after she left and had the opposite experience. They fell out in a week. I didn't go back until may of this year since I figured I'd give them another try. I got a set of lashes and one eye completely fell out in a week and the other was intact. I called ahead and sent pics of my lashes and they agreed to only charge me a refill and that the girl who just did my full set, quit?? (I now learned she was let go and did not quit) I went back to another lash tech proceeded to say how the previous girl did my lashes all wrong (weird to be talking shit abt ur old coworker who was there for years) and redid them but only the one eye that fell out. I was like Okayy. Then she was like don't worry I'll only charge you a foreign refill acting like she was doing me a favor. I get to the front to pay and a foreign refill is $90 which is more than the $70 I agreed to over the phone. ‍‍ they also recommend I let the lashes fall out and come back for another full set so they're all correct again. I was like why would I pay $200 for another full set. At that point I would've put over $500 into lashes in 1 month. Overall, ridiculous and I feel like they scammed me. Never going back. It's worth it to go to a private lash tech who actually cares. read more

I have attended this lash studio twice so far. I have had two different people to do my lashes, simply because my schedule is so hectic and my job so far, I can't really make it on time during the week, so I switched to weekends. Anyway, I really like this lash studio. I feel safe, they are very clean, and I like the fact the really use the tweezers to place the lashes. Each time I went, I was very comfortable, so much so, I dozed off a few times ( I don't think the girls knew, but yup, I dozed a bit...Like I said, my schedule is so crazy, any time to sit and relax is sleepy time). I do want to say however, CiCi does an amazing job. I am very pleased with the work she did and I will stick with her. Amazing! Also, at first I didn't like how long they were because I didn't want to look like I'm flying away, however, when I got home and really looked at my face, she really did a great job. It has also been 4 days and the lashes are still on. Last night, I was sleeping and I rubbed my eye, and I was like, "OH NO!!!!" I woke up out of my sleep thinking I ruined everything....But of course, too tired to get out of bed, in the morning I looked at my eyes, yup, they were still there, yes my eyes and of course my lashes by CiCi! So I hate to be a Karen but I'm disappointed with my lashes. I want to first say that the employees were super nice and the place was very clean and a cute layout. I loved how my lashes turned out. However, within the first few days a lot of them started falling out it's been six days and my lashes look uneven and one eye looks like they're almost gone already :/ I've been taking care of them as instructed. The worst recent experience...WARNING....DO NOT GO HERE! I was going for over a year for lashes, twice a month. Always had a pleasant experience with the front desk ladies and the Lash Tech. But now the NEW OWNER is ruining the business. SHE let go the best LASH TECH. First, I was never asked to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The owner had me waiting for 20 minutes..granted I arrived 10 minutes early, besides the point...I could hear her gossiping about another business, Marlene Weber's abrupt closure and went on and on about that to her staff. Meanwhile, I'm waiting in the waiting room for what...gossip. NOT PROFESSIONAL. I get in the chair, regrettably, she starts off with saying what I had done was not good and proceeded to remove my lashes and put on what she thought was better..her way. It took a long time and then she glued my eyes shut and lashes to the protector adhesive liner below. She proceeded to apologize profusely as she is trying to remove my lashes from the adhesive...She needs to go back to school and learn the proper way. Just a heads up on the situation going on there. Please don't be her next ginnea pig! You have been warned. read more

First off, everyone there was very professional and friendly which is why they received 3 stars instead of 2. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and they seem to offer several services (lashes, tints, tanning, etc). I went to have my eyelashes done and it all seemed great until I got home. Several of my lashes fell off of one eye on day 1 to the point that it looks noticeably uneven. I have been getting my lashes done for several years from other places that are a decent distance away (1-2hrs... which in all fairness, if you can find great services, then IMO, its completely worth traveling for). I was really hoping for this place to be my go-to since its not far from where I live now. Unfortunately, my lashes that were applied barely made it a week and a half which is upsetting given the price. Thankfully, I was able to use their promotion but don't know if I'd be back to pay full price for the quality given. Due to having a few years of experience with having lashes, I know how to maintain them and take care of them. I know how to properly clean them, gently brush them, I do NOT rub my eyes, i do not apply any kind of makeup remover on them, nor sleep on my face. My lashes' integrity usually lasts for about an average of 3.5 to 5 weeks. I also tend to take a couple months break in between applications in order to keep my natural lashes healthy. Again, its been barely a week and a half and they look disheveled and sad. I really had high hopes for this place. Maybe it was just a fluke but I think I'll have to keep searching. I appreciate the friendliness but the results were not what I expected. read more

I loved the place it looks nice and the girl that did my lashes was super nice but sadly I was disappointed they all fell off the first week I got them done and I got a sty! Let me first start off by saying that EVERYONE as soon as you walk in...is professional and extremely courteous. The establishment is clean and well kept. I was given eyelash extensions and had worked with Deanna. She was very nice. At the start of the session, she asked how I'd like my lashes to look and I informed her that I'd like more of a cat eye....short to long. She agreed and we began. Hour and a half later, the longest I've ever had my eyelashes done. My lashes were all uniform...no point in telling how I'd like them, no cat eye. She DID ask if I was 100% happy with them but I was there for and hour and a half. And I just wanted to leave cause she glued my eyes shut and I didn't want to go through that opening process again. This was the longest it has ever taken to do my lashes at any establishment. One eye was glued shut and the other partially glued, she asked to open to see if there was burning. The partially glued eye was burning. But after a bit we got em open. So when it was complete I expected to be wow-ed. But my lashes just fell short. Normally I wouldn't even write a review but....they did NOT even last a week without massive fall out. The eye that was glued shut upon completion (my right eye) lasted longer than my left. And because of the uniformity of the lash length there really was no salvaging. The corners of that left eye were long and the center were short. I get eyelash extensions often enough to know, no water for on the lashes or oil based products on the eyes to keep the longevity. These just didn't cut it. The additional star is for the cleanliness and professionalism. read more
