tl;dr Dentist was rude/dismissive, fabricated issues needing extensive work, misdiagnosed a severe infection. I went in for a tooth infection. Without listening to me, the dentist identified several problems "causing it" in my mouth, none of which were in the problem area. When I pointed out where it hurt, he decided I needed a root canal there. All of this work supposedly needed to happen ASAP. I told him that since I was pregnant I wanted to wait until after the baby was born. He INSISTED and told the receptionist I needed to schedule them NOW. I had to walk out. I got a second opinion and the Quality Dental Dentist was wrong about all of the issues. The tooth he said I needed the root canal on was a healthy tooth, but I had an abscess in the bone requiring oral surgery. He would have done a root canal over it which would have solved nothing at all. The other issues he had identified were fabricated or not serious enough to actually need treatment (several "cavities", wisdom teeth out). I have had no problems with the dental hygienists. read more

I have had generally good experiences with the dental hygienists at Quality Dental. That is why I am giving two stars. My last two visits to Quality Dental have been quite bad. On my second to last visit to Quality Dental I had my wisdom teeth out. First, I had to ask mid-procedure for them to numb the area properly, as it was not done entirely to start. While that was uncomfortable and irritating, I wasn't overly concerned. However, I was prescribed an opioid to deal with the pain afterwards when all that was really needed was Tylenol and a couple ice pops. I found the ease at which they prescribe opioids highly irresponsible. On my last visit to Quality Dental I was told I had 4 cavities that needed to be drilled. Never having had cavities before I decided to get consultations at two other dentist offices before I had the cavities drilled. Both other dentists told me I had no cavities. I seemed as though Quality Dental was fabricating cavities to suck more money from my insurance company. It was too late for my sister, though, who had already had 6 "cavities" drilled. She too had never had a cavity in her life. read more

Horrible, unprofessional, poorly run. Customer service is the last thing of those receptionist's mind. Needed to change dentists after they decided to tell me they no longer take my insurance AFTER my consultation. When I called to have them transfer my files and a referral to my new dentist, they quickly denied me access to my own medical files and claimed that my new dentist needs to call them directly and request the files. read more

So I scheduled my very first appointment here this week. I call to let them know I'm in the parking lot and they instruct me to come in have my temperature taken and fill out new patient information. I walk in and every chair is taken, 4 patients standing in the waiting room because of volume. I take my paper work outside and complete what is needed. I go back in and hand my information to the desk. A short woman with shoulder length wavy black hair tells me they will be bringing me in within a few minutes. I'm able to find a seat and I sit and I sit. 30 minutes go by. I'm now called up by someone with blonde hair to see my insurance card. I no sooner stand up and someone sits in my seat. I'm given my card back, now I'm standing in the waiting room waiting. I give them my cell phone and go back outside. An hour and 15" later- I'm waiting. So I decided to leave. 15" after I leave, they call me to come in! I just laughed and said you're kidding! I left 15" ago! She apologizes for the delay and asks if I'd like to reschedule. My response: no thank you! You get 1 chance to make a first impression and you failed! Do not go here! It's a factory! read more

Horrible Dental care. They could care less about the patients needs and just be aware if your skin is brown. You will deserve to be yelled at and disrespected for calling out the dysfunctional administrative services. Dentist should be capable of understanding the urgency of your care to maintain patients overall healthcare. They don't care and lie. Took 4 months for a basic root canal and crown! Found them from my Aetna network and both Aetna and Quality Dental suck! Almost an entire year and my initial reason for going there has not been completed. Just note...White Front desk workers fragility is the priority! They didn't even follow through with pre-approvals and monitoring the status nor did they respond to the insurance company inquiry's. Me as the patient asking for clarity makes me ineligible to complete my care!!! I checked the insurance company and each time they told me that the dental office was not telling the truth. It took them 2 months to fax over a script after referring me to another dentist for the root canal! But for some reason I have no reason for concern...make it make sense! The time they take with you is beyond expectations. The staff are so helpful and accommodating and ALL have a "people first" professionalism. From the welcome you receive when you arrive to Karen and Carmine with the care and post op instructions....just incredible and so caring. The dentist care plain and simple. First off I would like to start off by saying that I do not enjoy giving companies 1 star but this place doesn't even deserve that. I went in to get a cleaning a week ago all was good. Then I went in on Monday to get a filling on a chipped tooth. My appointment was at 11AM I got there at 10:57 to be exact. I waited 40min and on top of the 40min they wanted me to wait more! They said nothing to me while I was seating there waiting! It was like I wasn't even there. POOR customer service here! My daughter chipped her front tooth and they bonded it. They did a terrible job, it cracked within 10 minutes, more than originally did before they fixed it. They also told us she could wear her retainer which didn't fit anymore. I had to pay for something that didn't even work. When calling them got nothing but excuses of why it didn't work,, they had nothing but an attitude. Took my daughter to another dentist. Fixed it had no problems. They sit at the desk and talk down about previous clients right in front on everyone in the waiting room. This happens every time I go there.... they are just downright rude. I'm only putting 1 star because I like all of 2 dental hygienist, 2 humans that aren't rude there. This place is certainly something g else, even before COVID. First off, I noticed at the receptionist desk, every single person who has helped me up there is completely rude. Mandy is one of them, I normally see her. She is by far not a people person, does NOT know how to TALK TO PEOPLE with respect, I've seen and heard her on multiple personal phone calls just by sitting in the waiting room. I've witnessed her dismiss and shoo away a person with disabilities all because she couldn't understand her asking where the bathroom was, me sitting in the waiting room can hear. Some blonde lady in business clothes came to assist her and she pointed to the bathroom, say "over there in between the doors" all rude like. They blonde lady went into the back and asked Mandy "why she couldn't tell her where the bathroom was" and she says "how am I suppose to know what she needed?" All in the waiting room listening to this with everyone else in the waiting room. As I've sat here and wondered why almost every time I call them I can never get through or an answer from them. Perhaps it's because of employees tending to their personal life on and during business phones and hours. I haven't not been there once without them asking me if I changed or have different insurance, I have had the same, it had never changed. I've noticed they ask a lot of patients the same thing. They're horrible with time management, I'll have an appointment at a certain time and they won't get to me for another 45-60 minutes and just go "would you like to reschedule?" During COVID they told me to wait In my car at 2pm, at 3pm I went in to make sure they didn't forget about me. At 4pm they said I'd be right in. 4:30pm they said 10 minutes, at 4:50pm I went in saying "you guys close in 10 minutes and I've been waiting outside for 3 hours. The receptionist looked at me and said "we've been looking for you" meanwhile I didn't receive a phone call from them and no one came out to get me, I was in the first row right in front of the door. They gave me a filling instead of a root canal and that pain I endured was tournament. Some dentist don't know what they're doing either I've noticed My friends son went there, when the dentist walked in he was setting up and preparing for a cavity. My friend, his mom looked at the dentist and asked what he was doing all of that for (her son was only there for a cleaning) the dentist said "I'm filling his cavity", keep in mind "his chart" is right on the table by the x rays on the computer. My friend said "he doesn't have any cavities, we're here for a cleaning" my friend went up to the computer and file, and it WASN'T EVEN HIS NAME!! That was the last time she took him there. I could give so many more examples but you catch my drift. If you don't like unprofessionalism, rude workers, people who don't know what they're doing, going against hipa, and poor time management, don't go here!! Dr. Singer was moonlighting which was against his contract. You can verify the information with the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office at Westchester Medical Center. Quality Dental is not a training site for residents. You were scammed by Dr. Ennabi! Check your insurance, they submitted a claim under Dr. Adam Arnoldt. Have your insurance dispute the claim and they will contact Quality Dental for Dr. Singer's information. Quality Dental cannot provide the information because Dr. Singer was a resident in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency training program. If you paid cash to have your tooth extracted just know that you paid for a resident to extract your tooth and you could have gone to the residency dental clinic and paid WAY less. Dr. Ennabi scammed you and I. I looked up James Singer in the office of professional license and he did not come up as having a license to practice medicine. Did he even have malpractice insurance to cover him at Quality Dental? Probably not since he was a resident working outside his training site. I asked Dr. Ennabi if Dr. Singer was a resident and he told me "no, Dr. Singer had graduated from his training program". Dr. Ennabi lied right to my face. Dr. Ennabi willingly deceived his patients all for money and he is ok with that. Physicians are supposed to have high ethical standards. DR. ENNABI DOES NOT. There is a good chance Dr. Ennabi has done this before and could be still doing this. Look up the providers who you see there to make sure you are actually seeing a qualified trained surgeon who has graduated from their training program. WHAT A SHAME THAT THIS PLACE IS CALLED QUALITY DENTAL CARE BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE QUALITY DENTAL SERVICE. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. The amount of problems I've had with this office is ridiculous. To start the front desk is so unprofessional, they constantly fight, immaturely and loudly in front of all the patients. Next, the front receptionist refused to believe that I had insurance, mind you I have TWO dental insurance, each time she would tell me I didn't have any and I would have to pay out of pocket. Because I paid out of pocket, my insurance companies reimbursed me and she had the audacity to ask for the checks as if they were for her. ( when I finally changed dentists, they found both insurances over the phone with me within minutes) Next, they performed 2-3 root canals on me. If you've had a root canal you know they put a temporary cap on it and then a permanent crown. Now because they didn't think I had insurance dr.ennabi didn't put either on, he just bonded the hole so ' nothing could get inside' and told me I should figure out my payments. Today, I found out one of the root canals he did wasn't done right, the crown was lifting and not secure, to the point where my tooth got severely infected and basically had to get a reverse root canal to get it cleaned and now have to get the root canal redone Long story short, don't ever go there, they're unprofessional, they lie, they only care about money and they don't do 'quality' work read more

Old location was a strip mall. The new location is a freestanding building across the street from the Stewarts. For some reason Google Maps directs you to the power plant :/ Clean waiting room and offices, friendly staff, awesome Dentists! I got a very thorough cleaning, and they explained a lot of things I honestly didn't know about my teeth. I had a wisdom tooth pulled by their surgeon back in August at the old location, he did a great job. I'm pretty sure they take every insurance on earth. Highly recommended. read more

The customer service at this office is horrendous! I called to get an appointment for my son; his filling had fallen out and he had a toothache. They insisted they couldn't give him an appointment for 2 weeks until they got the "roster" of covered patients from the insurance company. I explained to them that my son's primary dentist was changed to be their office the week before; they still insisted that they had no way to verify that. I called insurance company - they said of course he was covered for visits to their office, just to have them call the insurance company to verify coverage if they needed to. I called Quality Dental back; they said they couldn't call the insurance company because they didn't have their phone number!! Funny how they accept this insurance company and have no contact info . . . I said, why don't I give it to you . . . the woman quickly said she would talk to someone else in the office and call me back right away. Guess what - no one EVER called me back. This practice should be renamed "Poor Quality Dental Care!" Every time I called and spoke to someone there, they were unprofessional, dismissive, couldn't wait to get off the phone with me, and rude. Rude and unnecessary. Never going back. I walked in for my scheduled appointment and was left standing at the window while three receptionists walked by over the course of 5-8 minutes. Uh, okay.... Then after the cleaning the dentist, Ennabi, never even came in to look in my mouth. When I was at the window ready to leave no one asked about another appointment or said good-bye. Worthless. Don't need this "help". In response to your response - thank you for acknowledging the holes during my visit. As far as the cleaning, it was the fastest I've ever had,not necessary a sign of good or bad, but I don't like that the Dr. Never came back, ever looked in my mouth even once, and never looked at this year's X-rays after he lectured me how badly I needed them. It appears that the Dr. Uses X-rays to find cavities and not an exam. I took the photo copied pictures I was give to show to my dentist who practices far away and he saw nothing. Thank you file your sentiment after the fact, but there isn't anything redeeming enough here to return or to recommend to others. There's too many dentists in the area to ever feel this way after a visit. If he cannot spend the time to look in my mouth, and the hygienist will not call him back, why bother. I had 2 things done here. First appt was for an initial exam for root canals re treatment. When scheduling to come back 2 weeks later I was asked if I could get there before 9:30am. No way, with putting the kids on the bus and them being 45 min away from me, impossible! So they just left it at 9:30. The day prior I got not 1, but 3 reminder calls, all different girls, all asking if I could get there earlier. By girl number 3, I kinda lost it and told her ill get there as early as I can and if they kept on calling me to ask me that just cancel my damn appt. obviously the recetionist who first called me in the morning never noted it on the computer. Not did the one who called at noon, thus leaving the one calling at3 to hear my wrath. Got to my appt at 9:20, earliest I could with traffic. Those ph calls were all unnecessary as she was running behind! They didn't bring me in till 10am! Glad I didn't make any major changes in my kids routines. Overall procedure was great. In and out within an hr. If you have to see an Endontist, Dr Castro is great. Second appt 2 weeks later. Luckily no irritating cone early calls, just one reminder call. I had to get posts and fillings on the crowns for the canal. My complaint is this dr was rough. Complaint two was he was literally on top of my face breathing on me without a mask. Eew gross! I've never been to a dentist who didn't wear a mask! Dr Castro and her aide wore one. I felt (and smelled) his hot stinky breath (garlicky). Fun times! So it's a yes for the endo and no for the oral surgeon. read more

I only put 1 star because they will not allow you to put none. I brought my son there for a cleaning and was told he needed 2 fillings and 2 sealants. Made an appointment to have this work done- my husband brought him to the appointment. At the appointment to have the work done there was a different dentist who looked at the chart (not the X-rays) and said to my husband he is getting 4 fillings. Unfortunately, had I been there instead of my husband the visit would've ended right there- but I was not and the dentist proceeded to place 4 fillings when we were originally told only 2. I have since obtained the records and will absolutely have another dental office review them to verify whether 2 were done in error. It's a dental factory there- you never see the same person twice , there is no continuity of care, and it just feels like poor quality. Wish I had gone with my gut and switched dentists before this incident. read more
