This has now completely messed up my current insurance policy for myself and my family. Countless emails with the HR manager who is not understanding how detrimental this is while I have thousands of dollars piling up in bills close to collections because anywhere I go still shows a policy I should not have is active and all those bills should be covered by my insurance through my employer. So glad I did not take the job because this shows how poorly this company is run and I will continue to fight until I have to take higher action against them. Definitely not a problem with the insurance company because they have been on top of everything and have escalated my issue.

This past Friday I had an early appointment ( so the Dr doesn't have time to get backed up) well I was wrong about that too!! They have a sign that reads " we take patients in according to the time of their appointment! NOT THE TIME THEY ARRIVE! ..... I can understand that, and it's a good system, if they adhered to it, but not the case. I sat almost 2 hours and one person after another were being called before me. I went to the desk and asked if you call people according to time, why were the people that came in well after me were called. Surly they all aren't coming before there time, she turned and said the Dr is busy! I asked if my appointment was for 9 , how many patients could have been in front of me, I've NEVER seen a doctor there that was with me for more than 10 minutes ! .... It's ashamed that they have gotten so big,they forgot about patient service and more about the MONEY ! .... Oh here's one better, I got an email asking me to pay in advance !! Crazy shit !!

Even the clients that are going to therapy are really kind, I just think it's a trickle down effect. Folks that I had seen from week to week seem to really be improving, including myself. Which is all you can hope for. They take time to customize your experience and really check in to make sure you're doing well. This is certainly no factory, this is a well executed well gelled team that cares a lot about the people who walk in the door.
