This is an echo to all the negative reviews on this site. We have never visited a doctor's office…read morelike this one. My wife, recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's, was seen first by a nurse practitioner who was cold and only partially informed about current treatments. When we came for an office visit on June 17, we were told our appointment was for July 17 and that there was "no one in the office to see us." The doctor was not thirty feet from us, and not seeing anyone. And - we had a card written by the appointment person which read June 17. We had had a pet scan done the day before and were hoping for an interpretation. The doctor, who came forward to speak to us said he could not get that report for a week. We got it that same day. The receptionist was also cold and rude, and the woman who made the appointment far worse - openly nasty. I like the comment that she should be working at McDonalds, as if they'd have her! We asked for copies of my wife's records. They arrived with 19 pages of errors and/or falsifications. When we asked for them to be corrected, we received and unsigned letter from the office claiming that there were no errors. We sent a second letter underscoring the errors and lies. We're awaiting a response. Horrible experience from a professional who should be helping, at the least, to reduce stress, but who did nothing but create additional stress to me and especially to my wife. Avoid this office.

Within his primary practice he always taken exceptional care of myself and several friends. I will add 1 of which was on hard times and Dr. Chinnici was able to help her free of charge and without hesitation. He and his staff also contacted the pharmaceutical manufacturer to obtain free life saving medication to help. It's truly sad to read this post because I can say Dr. Chinnici has a long standing practice and he truly goes above and beyond. He has devoted his life to putting the needs of his patients 1st at all times. He's an incredible asset and we need more doctors like him!

I had a bad experience in a hospital that would be the last place I would go. I would call Doc first. Thank God for Dr Chinnici for I truly believe he put him in the right place at the right time. To save my life anytime I have a health issue and call him he always comes through for me and my family. Great Doctor and a great person. We consider him our family Doctor because him and his staff treats us like family.

I would rather drive 30 or more minutes to see another Dr then to ever go to him or the office again. The office staff was nice to you but when you was in the room they where talking about you on the outside, the office is so poorly run. I would never tell any to use there office the over all office needs some revamping and the turn over is ridicules.
