There is one person at the front desk that is horrible. She is rude. Cuts you off when you ask a…read morequestion. And then hangs up on you. MID SENTENCE. I called back and spoke to someone else that was very helpful. Answered my questions in a polite fashion. Hard to believe that the same office can produce two very different "customer service" front desk types. I have never been spoken to in this manner by a doctor's office representative. I said I didn't expect that, he said neither did he. He said he hit a nerve and you can't see nerves under skin. Had no real compassion, he left in a hurry. I was very shaken from pain still. I called out to staff to get me some ice. male asst. said you can get ice when you get home. The female who was present during shot. Said from the hallway, get her ice! I'm due for 1 more shot. Have requested someone else to give me the last shot. They gave me NP. I might have given 3 or 4 for surgery, but after the shots I've lost all respect for his skills

Within his primary practice he always taken exceptional care of myself and several friends. I will add 1 of which was on hard times and Dr. Chinnici was able to help her free of charge and without hesitation. He and his staff also contacted the pharmaceutical manufacturer to obtain free life saving medication to help. It's truly sad to read this post because I can say Dr. Chinnici has a long standing practice and he truly goes above and beyond. He has devoted his life to putting the needs of his patients 1st at all times. He's an incredible asset and we need more doctors like him!

This has now completely messed up my current insurance policy for myself and my family. Countless emails with the HR manager who is not understanding how detrimental this is while I have thousands of dollars piling up in bills close to collections because anywhere I go still shows a policy I should not have is active and all those bills should be covered by my insurance through my employer. So glad I did not take the job because this shows how poorly this company is run and I will continue to fight until I have to take higher action against them. Definitely not a problem with the insurance company because they have been on top of everything and have escalated my issue.
