I've been going to the salon for a little bit over a year now. I always love my nails and Nick is absolutely hilarious. He jokes a lot, which may not be for everybody, but he cracks me up. We have really great conversations and the time flies. His wife is just as nice. He did my wedding nails and they came out absolutely beautiful, I got so many compliments and they lasted for a month, I had to go back because they grew so much, but I'm pretty confident they would've lasted for another couple weeks. The vibe in the salon is pretty upbeat with all the regulars that come in. CALL AHEAD, they get pretty busy and if you don't call, you may be sitting there waiting. Was in the area on a weekday evening and couldn't take how awful my old Christmas nails were looking, so I did a quick Google search and stumbled across this nail shop. Many of the reviews were similar to how I ended up here -- in the area and decided to pop in. I called, and the guy told me the wait would be about an hour and a half. I showed up a little before their listed closing time on Google (which, apparently, is subject to change depending on how busy they are) and still had to wait a bit. It's a small, no-frills spot. The nail tech here took her time, listened to my minimal request, and did my simple nails exactly how I wanted. She even moisturized and massaged my hands a bit, which I don't get anymore at my regular salon. Let's be real -- we spend a lot of money on nails, so not getting pampered feels undone and unfair! I really appreciated that she didn't skip any steps. Lastly, I originally wanted three coats of the nail polish "Funny Bunny," but they didn't carry it. She found a color that was just as good. My short acrylic overlay nails are cute, and the total came to under $60 (including tip)! read more

Unsanitary salon, the quality of the nails aren't the best if you're looking for "nail tech" looking nails. I was a loyal customer until two days ago I got my nails done. They even make you rate them 5 stars, almost as if you're being forced. The man Nick also doesn't know when to stop talking. Also if you're paying with zelle, they say it's a $5 fee. Which I don't understand why. The nails are expensive already. read more

Let me tell you all about my last and final experience at this nail salon. I've been going to Nick for a while now I've gone to shop to shop with him. I was a very loyal customer this last time. I will never step back into that mans shop. I got my nails done hand and feet and he got upset because I didn't have cash to pay him. I told him I only had card he requested that I go take money at the ATM. I can't do that its a CC. He got so mad and he wouldn't take the card so we started arguing about his form of payment, finally he accepts the card. this man chases me outside of the street mind you he got paid. The card went through said approved. He chases me out to the street would not let me leave because he said I needed to sign the receipt mind you there was no signature line on the receipt I said I will not be signing the receipt. He says I need to give him my license. I said I will not give him my license Mind you he known me for years I've always paid him. I always tipped him. I even tipped his niece because she would do my feet always tipped her also. I had to call the police to get this man from in front of my car because he would not let me leave ladies beware of this man and if you do not like his service, you leave him one star he will have your picture in his shop saying you left him one star. The whole time I was getting my nails done. He was calling me weird because I felt like he would up charge me for basic things that I asked for meanwhile he's doing these elaborate designs for someone else and it's the price is cheaper than mine. I was always loyal to him and I felt like he started doing that because I would never have a problem paying him because I like I like the service I was going to him for a long time.
