Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists make you feel calm and like you're one of the family. Dr. Rice extracted a tooth in preparation for orthodontic work I was to have done. I had been extremely nervous about having this done but with his calm and cheerful manner, he talked me through the procedure, explaining everything he was doing and what to expect with the appearance of the space while it was healing. Dr. Rice also called to check on me that evening. I have heard from many of his patients that he is not one to push unnecessary procedures and takes a wait and see approach.

Dr. Beers fresh out of dental school was willing to take on the challenge and help me save my teeth from all they had been through. He has given me wonderful care ever since including multiple crowns and the prep work for one implant done by oral surgeon Chris Stegman here in TC (also wonderful!). Dr. Beers does have a little son born with cerebral palsy whose care was massively complicated by the Covid epidemic . If anyone had problems with scheduling with him during that time or even more recently I'm sure it was because of that, not because he didn't care enough about his patients.
