She was very patient and understood why he was acting the way he was. I'm thankful that this is the experience we get when we come in. The dentist isn't fun for anyone, but Spinnaker tries to make it the best they can for the children. Oh yeah....And if your kid goes to Sumpter, Schirle, Liberty or Battle Creek...You should strongly consider Neighborhood Dentistry....It's just so darned close to those schools. It's like they knew they wanted to open a Pediatric Dentistry office in a place that was convenient for parents to swoop up the fruits of their loin from school. Seriously, you're 5 minutes away from tooth magic whether your little pizza munchers are at Sprague, Judson, Crossler, Abiqua....Any of 'em! Shoot....based on the modern equipment they had in the office I wouldn't be surprised if they installed some type of futuristic portal gizmo that'll whisk you in from anywhere in the world and make you appear in their spacious uber kid-friendly waiting room with a grande coconut milk latte in your hand. I truly regret leaving but it literally felt like I was coming home for yesterday's appointment. She is very thorough and very friendly. Dr. Smith listens and is quite willing to work with me to fulfill a work plan. Her assistant, Kassie, is also wonderful to work with. Kassie is very knowledgeable, mature and professional. It was at 8:00. I told them I don't drive until 10:00 because I have had seizures while driving before so I take my meds at 8;00 to make sure it's 100% safe. Called me. I was confused. On Friday I confirmed my appointment on Monday. Jordon who has been rude to me every time we have talked. I confirmed our appointment Friday but called and Gave me a personal reminder about my appointment. I was with my mother in law who has Alzheimer's who fell at her caregiving facility and was at the Hospital picking her up. That is unacceptable to call me on a SUNDAY for an appointment I confirmed on Friday. A personal reminder on a Sunday ? They called me and my wife Monday morning and I was sleeping in. They called my wife who was at work. I would have gone but still very upset about Sunday. I have epilepsy with a memory problem. I came in a day early for my second appointment. Jordan not considerate about my condition. The appointment was at 11:00 but handed me a card saying 10:40. He didn't explain why or if it's okay with me. He stormed off as usual.
