This Arizona service would be a great service if they didn't harass, yell, and insult its customer base. It's very difficult to work with two different people who are angry and unwilling to come to a solution. With my partner and brother around, they drove to Marshalls and started misquoting me while saying we were an inconvenience fee wise (they missed two days of service and show up outside of their quoted arrival, resulting in them not reaching out to me for payment/address). They were going to charge 260.92 no tax all cash as discussed over phone, but decided to act hostile charge $279.82 and argue back and forth while there were multiple witnesses. Deciding to be angry and threatening to pull out my windshield is a very cringe way of trying to bully people, I'd go somewhere else and pay an honest quote to a company where they won't fight with you in a shopping mall. read more

This company damaged my vehicle during the windshield replacement. I run a local business and we have security cameras, so I sent them the video clip of the damage that occurred. There is no dispute. When I confronted the installer about the damage, he became extremely offensive and threatened to put the old windshield back in my truck. So, in essence, they damaged my truck and were going to leave without doing the job. Management said they would help me & split the cost of a new hood, but they don't even pick up the phone when I call now. Horrible experience. ZERO INTEGRITY. If you use them, you better pray that nothing goes wrong. Not only did I pay for their service(which was over $100 more than I was quoted), but I have to buy another hood for my truck. read more

Cherry auto glassworks does not perform calibrations because they said it doesn't need to be done but in fact it does need to be done per manufacture. They were rude and hung up on me. I will not be doing business with them. read more

First, don't ever be stupid enough to skip the full glass coverage on your insurance. But second, regardless of if you have insurance or not, go with Cherry Auto Glass. Their price quote came in below two others I got, and I wondered if that would be an issue, but I took the chance given their high yelp ratings and their warranty. I am glad I did. Vino was very helpful when I spoke with him on the phone, as was Alex. Greg, the technician, was right on time, provided me detailed info on the windshield replacement, and even went a step beyond by reinstalling my dashcam wiring better than I originally had rigged it. Greg was an all-around good guy to deal with. I picked Cherry Auto Glass and placed my order at 7 pm. at 7:30 pm I received a called from Vino, who advised he received my order and I scheduled my appointment. I was shocked I received a phone call back so soon, I figured I they would call the next day. Mike the installer called me and told me he was 10 min out, he showed up at my work place on time and was very polite and professional. He was in uniform and drove a company truck, which made me feel they were not a fly by night business and replaced my windshield quickly. So I'm driving on the 101 and a rock jumps up and hits my windshield. It was a small chip and I figured "Hey it could be worse". The next day it was worse...it was a crack across my windshield. After finding out I didn't have glass coverage on my policy, I got a little nervous and after calling around I got some quotes and I was not happy...Everything from $260 plus tax to 300 plus dollars and they were not even able to get me in in the next few days. It was Friday early evening and I HAD to make money this weekend...I drive for Lyft. I had almost given up when I contacted CHERRY GLASS WORKS. Very impressed with the timeliness, and fair price on my rear passenger "quarter" window. "Road debris" (projectile? Who knows) hit it on my way home from work around 10:30 last night. Got home, ran some glass estimates to see what I was up against and Cherry Auto Glass's quote could NOT be beat. Went to bed a little less stressed. I requested a call first thing 8 am. At 8:03, I received a call, I believe from Calvino and he advised it would be between 9-11. Had to do a little extension cord wrangling as I live in a 4 plex, front unit, and of course the car is parked in the back with no external outlets to be had easily. Ran the extension from my spare bedroom, over patio walls and Mike got it done, WAY under the hour he estimated. He was friendly, courteous, clean cut and very, very polite. This review is as much a praise of Cherry Glass as it is a scorn for Safelite. I had Safelite repair a chip in the my windshield and that day, a crack appeared and started spreading and within 5 days, the crack spanned the entire windshield. No support from Safelite. I called around Tucson for other quotes and found Cherry Auto Glass. They were able to replace my windshield at my house, sooner, with better customer service, and very competitive prices to all the other quotes I received, including Safelite. I will return for future auto glass needs. The only less than perfect part of this experience was some plastic/foam debris left in the interior of the car. read more

Had my back window shatter while driving home. It was Christmas Eve so I called several other glass places who were closed. Cherry Glass was the first place to answer. He was able to get the window and had someone at my house in less than an hour. The guy was nice, quick and spent a pretty long time vacuuming glass out of all the crevices in the back. Extremely rude, zero professionalism. They replaced my windshield and told me if it breaks without being hit by a rock, they will replace it for free. Behold behold, my wife drove the car for 5 minutes and the windshield broke. I called them as soon as my wife got back to the house and they asked for pictures. It was raining so I sent them pictures that were not very clear due to moisture on the screen. They told me to take better pictures when it's dry but unfortunately we had a long drive to Texas the following day. We left early on the morning when it was still dark so I could not take pictures at the time. On our way to Texas, guess what? A rock hit the windshield and now they are telling me it was the rock that broke the windshield lol. They even said they could see the spot hit by the rock in the pictures I sent before (which they said it was not clear enough for them to see earlier). Now they said they will replace it for a 20% discount. I would honestly sue them but my windshield costs $240, it's not worth it. Cherry Glass Works is the best! I was referred to Cherry by a close friend. I own an antique car and was very concerned about my glass being removed. The rear window isn't made anymore...so it breaks and I'm out of luck! Not only does Cherry do glass for late model cars, but they are the antique automotive glass experts! Vino came to my house and spent three hours in my hot garage carefully removing the glass and the trim. I could tell he knew what he was doing and took care of my car like it was his own! I got some quotes for a full windshield replacement from a couple other well known places and they were over $100 more than Cherry Auto Glass. FYI I paid cash and they didn't charge sales tax, if you use debit/credit they charge it. They sent me a quote right away and were able to schedule me the next day, I called late afternoon. Mike came to my work around 2:15, the window was 2-4 and he was very quick and did a fantastic job even though it was a bit humid and 103 degrees. I spoke with Safelite who quoted me $340.00, another local company that quoted $299 and then when I spoke with the guys at Cherry Auto Glass Works I was floored when I received a quote for $198. I had to make sure they heard which car I had to make sure they were putting everything in right. They are honest, professional and do great work! Mike was my technician and he was polite, patient and an amazing representation of the company. The right rear door window on our Suburban just fell the night before leaving for California with a layover in Phoenix. We taped the window up with good old duct tape and headed out the next morning. I had one day to get this thing fixed after we got to Phoenix and I was nervous about getting it done. I got a list of people to call and Cherry was the second one I called. I guess it was too early for the 1st person I called to answer the phone. Cherry answered and they explained that they would come to me, how nice was that. We set up a 9:00 a.m. appointment and sure enough Mike shows up in a Van with Cherry painted in red on the sides of the panel truck. It didn't take Mike any time at all. He had it diagnosed and was on the phone to find the required window mechanism in a matter of minutes. There were only two of these mechanisms available in Phoenix. Mike said it will be about noon before he can get the part. Sure enough at noon Mike calls and says he will be there at 12:30. I watched Mike do the repair and we visited as he replaced the broken window mechanism. He must have done this a 100+ times. He had all the tools he needed at hand and made a hard job look easy. I count my blessings, here I am in bind and a professional, courteous, and friendly, guy named Mike bails me out. Yes, I will add I though the price was fair.
