I'm really not happy with the results, I paid for 30 units of botox ($300), and lip filler ($300) with Cheryl. The same day, I did not see any results on my lips or on my forehead. I thought I should wait. After 2 weeks the botox they put on my forehead did not completely cover the parts where it was supposed to be applied. On top of that it made my eyelids drop and one side looks more droopy than the other. Regarding the lip, I understand that the promotion in which you pay $ 300 is a minimum amount for the lip filling, but since I already have thick lips I thought that it would help them to be more symmetrical as I requested, but on the contrary, it did not happen like that and after two weeks my lips look the same as they did before the lip filler. In my particular experience. I do not recommend the place, I think there are better places where you can do this service, and not only do they give you what they want so that later you go to your follow-up appointment and they tell you that to improve what they did you should buy more product for that they put you. I received terrible results from a Botox/filler appointment I had last Tuesday. Devastating. It gets worse every day as my forehead continues to drop. To add insult to injury, instead of using the approved payment plan the receptionist took it upon herself to take almost $1000 from my account without my knowledge or permission. This wholly cleaned out my bank account. I'm a 67-year-old woman living on a fixed income. They have completely blown off my attempts to remedy this. Not impressed whatsoever by this med spa. I've given them a chance to redeem themselves by seeing different injectors but after three times here now I'm not going back. My last visit was the last straw. I arrived for my appt. after waiting 30 min past my appt time, I told the reception girl I had to leave to get to work on time but she said for me to hold one sec she was going to find out what the delay was. The owner actually came out and said she would be injecting me instead of the girl I booked with . At first I thought no big deal, but when she said there were no rooms available and that she would just be injecting me behind the reception desk, sitting in a chair surrounded by drinks and half eaten snacks and leftover lunch to go boxes...I was like "is this really happening right now????" Yup it sure was. She injected me right there I'm front of everyone there, not sterile or very med spa like whatsoever. So unprofessional if you ask me. And to still charge me full price is just wrong. I guess they double booked the girl I booked with ( how does that even happen ) While waiting in the reception area, the owner was having a loud conversation with one of the clients whom was a friend apparently but it was so rude to be talking so loud everyone was listening meanwhile my appt time has long passed. She should have been making sure clients were taken care of instead of chatting away. ugh Anyways the environment and aesthetics of this place is outdated and honestly kinda of cheesy. It's cluttered with boxes and just crap everywhere. The " hall" to the bathroom is a maze of clutter and it just is not professional nor clean and the sort of environment that you should be in when getting your lips injected or Botox or whatnot. I've debated writing this review for about 8 months now, and I decided to share my experience because I would have wanted to know this before coming to Cherry Medical Aesthetics. I've never had any sort of aesthetic procedure done in my life until I came here. As a younger woman I was of course nervous when I came in for my appointment to get juvederm injections in my lips. I saw Cheryl after reading great reviews, and I honestly was shocked at what I experiences in contrast to what I had read. The ladies are very nice here, but there was a massive lack in professionalism and actual care for the clients. The beginning part of my appointment was supposed to be my consultation, then the procedure once we discussed and decided what I wanted. The consultation, essentially didn't even happen. As I was trying to tell Cheryl what I wanted, what my concerns were, what shape I desired, etc it was like she wasn't even listening. She kept interrupting me and shoving her phone in my face to take photos of my lips asking me to "take pictures and tag them on instagram". I felt incredibly rushed, and totally blown off. Every question I had was given a short, non-descriptive answer if any, and desires or points I expressed were shrugged off. The whole experience was so nonchalant. Not laid back or comfortable, like "I don't really care, this isn't and big deal." kind of way. To be honest, if I am going to be doing a procedure of any kind, especially for the FIRST time ever and to my FACE, not the mention the amount of money I was about to spend, I don't think any part of that experience should nonchalant, AT ALL. The actual procedure went fine, she seemed to take her time there and the numbing cream worked well. Though she proceeded to tell me despite my wishes, "I'm just going to stick with you natural lip shape." I felt disregarded and belittled. Like everything I said or asked was not worth her time and SHE knew better. Afterwards, I looked in the mirror and my lips were super swollen and I looked very different. Which is good and expected, but it is SCARY to look in the mirror at a face you've known your whole life and see something different. RIGHT after I got to do that, she rushed me to go pay, without asking how I felt or what I thought or showing any customer service/care at all. I paid and waited for her to tell me about the aftercare, and she just said "Be sure to post those photos and tag us online! Have a great day!" I was TOTALLY shocked. I had a MILLION questions to ask, and I thought: "I should not even be having to ask these questions! Even though this a relatively small, non permanent procedure, it is STILL a procedure! You should be telling me EVERYTHING I need to know right off the bat! You should be offering this information to EVERYONE no matter what!" But, she didn't. She didn't before, during or after with any information, and any information I asked for, was practically pushed to the side. So I asked her then, "Well, can I put ice on my lips? And if so, when can I do that?" and she said "Well yeah, you can ice them now, we have and ice pack you can have if you want." AGAIN, WHY WOULD YOU NOT OFFER THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE? Still, no offer for information on aftercare. So I asked, and she said so unconcerned, like it was so not necessary. "I can give you a copy of it if you want." At this point I was appalled, at the whole process. I took my paper and ice pack and left. Thank god I did a lot of research on my own because I got no help from here. Overall, extremely unprofessional and while they are nice ladies, they clearly don't care about guests on pretty much every level. As far as the results of my procedure, I don't hate my lips, they're okay, though not even close to where I wanted them to be. My experience was what truly spoiled this place for me. I know lips are something that takes time and a few sessions to achieve what you ultimately want, so I went to see another, completely different Medical Aesthetics office yesterday. It was the same set up, consultation and then procedure. This appointment was what drove me to finally write this review, because this new place was NIGHT AND DAY compared to Cherry Medical Aesthetics. 1000000x times better experience, my doctor actually listened to me for 35 minutes, examined my lips, looked at old photos of my lips before my original procedure, gave me multiple options, gave me tons of advice, answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed without me having to ASK for it. After this, I now know for sure, that I wasn't overreacting or being sensitive, that Cherry Medical Aesthetics did not do a good job. I would NOT recommend, and will not be returning. read more

Last year, I got lip fillers here. They said it would be an hour-ish appointment, with numbing cream (takes about 10-15 minutes to take effect), and numbing injections (roughly the same amount of time). First, the assistant applied the numbing cream. Then they all arrived without me being numb and began injecting the numbing stuff. They MAY have waited five minutes before returning and beginning the filler procedure. I felt the most awful pain as they filled my lips, my head pressed back into the seat as hard as I can while I tried not to strike the doctor. It gave me so much anxiety about the procedure that I may never do it again. I had an appointment scheduled for today and cannot go through with it. Do not use these folks, go somewhere else. read more
