I had a great experience at Eleven11 Laser in Denver. I had originally seen Katie in Boulder and when she opened her own spa, I decided to stick with her. I love that she is a woman owned business and wanted to support her. The business is located in the RINo district. It is the first time I have been to the area and I loved it! It's super cute with trendy with shops all around. The spa itself is clean and welcoming. This time, I worked with a woman named Molly, but have had the pleasure of working with many of the staff there. I feel comfortable with them all and this has given me flexibility to book at the most convenient time. Depending on the part of the body being addressed, laser hair removal can be a personal and intimate experience. I found the women here to be professional, discreet, and caring. They explained things to me and it was almost completely painless. The laser has a cooling attachment and you barely feel a thing. I'm so glad I decided to drive and see them. They were awesome! I had a great experience with Lisette! I got the Barbie facial, which came with cleansing, dermaplaning, ice globe massage, mask, and some light extractions and massage. She was careful to not use any products with nuts since I'm allergic. I think it was a good duration for the price. My skin was super smooth after- much better results than when I dermaplane myself. Late to write this review but continue to be astonished by the poor quality I experienced over Summer. By far the worst Botox experience I've ever had. I've been doing Botox for 10 years and understand that bruising can occur - however I have never experienced it due to always going to professional and skilled injectors. I was in Denver for the summer and needed Botox. The injector at Eleven11 Skin was beyond unprofessional, careless, and harsh. I am convinced she was high after disappearing more for than a few minutes to 'get everything ready' and returning smelling badly and behaving aloof. I get it - it was the end of the day but absolutely uncalled for. Botox is a treatment that should be able to be done during a lunch break and go undetected to others. The condition I left in was actually comical and bruising on my eye and forehead lasted for more than a week. Terrible service and do not recommend anyone go ever. The injector cannot be trusted and I do not believe she had proper training. This was a week before my engagement and it was embarrassing to be around family and friends with terrible bruising. read more

I visited the Rino location for laser hair reduction yesterday and was hesitant after having a bad experience at a large corporate company years ago. I have a very thick dark beard and get Ingrown hair and red irritation on the front of my neck. It grows fast so this is a daily issue and I spend 30 minutes lining up my beard everyday for work. Over the course of the last 15 years or so I've had laser at several places in Denver. I've tried various Groupon gimmicks and other package type deals from some of the chain places and I can tell you that they just don't work and are a waste of money. They don't update their machines and that's why you get those deals. Vasu is different, I could tell from the first time I went. I had lower legs done and had a drastic difference in my leg hair and underarm in just one visit! I did not expect that and was hooked and bought a package! The lasers they use here are current and state of the art. After four visits my under arms are completely bare and I am sure I will never have to deal with that again and I am so excited about that! I can't emphasize this enough it's very important to understand what machine they are using, and be sure you were dealing with a professional. You want quality service and machines and Vasu truly delivers. After years of so-so or not at all results I will admit I was a total skeptic coming in. Of course that all changed pretty quick. I have been seeing Katie at Vasu for laser hair removal after the previous business I went to destroyed my skin with a different removal technique. I did a lot of research on laser hair removal and determined that an alexandrite laser was the best technology for my skin/hair, which Vasu uses. This realization was only after 5 electrolysis sessions and 5 useless IPL sessions with different businesses.
