We did run into an unexpected issue with the RV alarm during our stay, but Andrea stayed with us through the entire troubleshooting process and even refunded us for one full night without hesitation. That level of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about how much she values her guests. The stay itself was exactly what we were looking for. The camper was clean, organized, well stocked (thank you for the complimentary champagne!), and offered a peaceful, romantic getaway that felt secluded while still being just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor shower (with impressively strong water pressure!), and how easy check-in and check-out were. There was also a full four-burner gas grill available, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The hot tub was clean, the jets were strong, and it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring town. A few minor suggestions that could make an already great stay even better: * The Wi-Fi can be a little spotty, although it was still usable. * The bed in Unit 15 slopes slightly toward the wall, so the person sleeping on that side may not find it quite as comfortable. * If you're taller like I am (6'1"), you'll probably prefer the outdoor shower. The indoor shower is a bit tight, and the shower floor could feel a little sturdier. * The hot water gets very hot, so just be careful when adjusting the temperature. None of these minor items took away from our overall experience, especially considering how incredibly well Andrea handled the one issue we encountered. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend ParcBlu to anyone looking for a unique, relaxing RV camping experience near Fredericksburg. Five stars!

We stayed in the Longhorn cottage and enjoyed coffee on the front porch rocking chairs every morning. The Texas wine collective is literally next-door to the property and worth a stop too. On your day of arrival, you will be sent the gate code to get into the property as well as your individual cabin lock codes. There's not much lighting on the property, but fortunately our parking spot had a small light so we knew where to park.

Spent 2 days and 3 nights at LHR for a large church group camp last week and the pace is huge! Just…read morea beautiful location. The scenery is lush and it's just so quiet and natural. There is something for everyone here, a beautiful lake and zip lining, paddle boats rope swing and kayaks. If that's not your thing you can swim in the pool or go to the club house game room or play shuffleboard and putt putt. There's several pavilions and dining halls and a stargazer path. :) The cabins were clean and inviting with nice cold air conditioning. :) Our cabin accommodated 5, but one slept on a twin mattress on the floor. The only thing that stunk was that our cabin was at the end of the hot water line and the sign in the bathroom said to let the water run for 10, yes 10 minutes for hot water. I loved the laundry facility onsite. The office staff and really everyone there was exceptionally friendly with that typical Texas hospitality. I don't know how expensive it was because the church paid for everything. But a simple call to the office would answer that for you. Great place for a family reunion or wedding. Loved it!!

I recently stayed at the Lazy Hills Retreat for a wedding. I stayed in Room 6 on 09-20-19 to…read more09-22-19. This room has bed bugs. The infestation appears to be quite established and quite bad judging by the severity of the bites I have developed. We didn't discover the tell-tale rust colored spots and subsequently the bugs themselves until after we had already slept in the beds unfortunately. We spent the following 2 days decontaminating all of our belongings and ourselves before returning to our home.
