The menu was extensive, with lots of options and the service was super nice - really accommodating and kept on checking in on us to make sure all was good, our coffees were topped and our stomachs were happy. Apparently the eggs benny here is absolutely fire and a must try. Their smoked bacon is also thick and cooked just right - as someone who doesn't even touch pork most of the time, I would say I have to agree! It was thick cut too, if that's your thanggg. I went with the avocado toast because I am a basic millennial and when it came, it was not what i expected at all! Garnished with crispy onions and green onions (which usually i am not a fan of at all), it truly elevated the flavour and taste of the entire thing. The toast did not get soggy and I absolutely loved it! Usually I am all for a basic bitch avo toast with some sesame seeds, salt and pepper but this was something I did not expect at all and I was pleasantly surprised! Overall, had a really enjoyable time here with some great company and I will 100% come back!

The server came to server drinks after about 5 minutes we were seated. Drinks came in about 5 mins. The server came again and asked what we were going to get, she also mentioned, "do you need any time." Some restaurants don't ask that. I ordered the rosemary's plate and it came in about 26 minutes. The decor was pretty clean minus a few papers around (I only saw 3). On the washroom signs it doesn't say boy/girl or even male/female insted it says Marco (Boy) and Maria (girl).

We were seated in a booth that appeared be beside a blender that is used in the kitchen. It was loud, obnoxious and interfered with conversation at the table. This made the atmosphere not enjoyable at all. Once we ordered our food, it came quickly enough. It was hot. The food tasted good, however, I had issues with the portions. I ordered a ham and egg wrap that came with fresh fruit. It did come with fresh fruit, but nowhere the amount or variety that was shown in the menu. My son ordered pancakes with bacon and eggs. He got next to no eggs. It looked like his scrambled eggs is what fell off of the serving spoon when somebody else's plate was being prepared. Although the food was very good and served hot, it is expensive for what you get. Be aware soft drinks are not fountain. They are served in cans so that they do not have to provide refills. Service began to decline after we were served. It was difficult to get a coffee refill. We had to wait a very long time for the bill to be brought to the table. We got up and were getting our coats on. We were planning on just attending the cash register area to pay for our meal without a bill when the waiter finally decided to go get us our bill. With their high and rising prices, Cora's is now cheeping out on the portions that you used to receive. What you get is not what is pictured in the menu. Even though Cora's has always been expensive, we always enjoyed going there on occasion in the past because the food was good, fresh and the portions pretty much what you see in the photographs in the menus. No longer however. Since we no longer get what we pay for, I doubt that we will be returning, and I can not recommend. There are much better value with food that is just as good in the city.

Our menus were given right away and drink orders taken at the same time. As soon as our drinks were delivered, our food order was taken. My husband ordered the Eggs Benedict with brie, spinach and mushrooms. I ordered the corned beef hash with very soft, sunny-side up eggs. Our food was delivered quite quickly, but I noticed my eggs looked like they were over-easy and in fact on of them was quite firm. I mentioned to the waitress that they looked like they were over-easy. She said 'no, that's sunny-side up'. She did offer to have eggs remade for me right away, so I greatly appreciated that. Everything tasted very nice and my second set of eggs were much better and nice and runny. The watermelon that was served with our breakfast was a little tired-looking and almost as if it had been ripped rather than cut. I wish I had the option of leaving a 3.5 star rating as the food was quite good and the waitstaff were efficient and friendly but I just can't give a 4-star when the eggs had to be sent back and the fruit wasn't very fresh. We would probably return and give them another chance because the food tasted very nice.

Service is quick and cheerful. I got a chili/chorizo omelette with avocado and sides of potatoes, greens, and toast for $12. It tasted good and filled me up, but was also very heavy (chorizo was sitting in grease). Toast was kind of soggy. My friend got a standard breakfast combo with eggs, toast, and bacon for $8. So you can really get a cheap breakfast at this place! They only take cash or debit so don't plan to pay with a credit card.

We got there and they were willing to seat us, even though they were closing soon. My husband got the taco pierogi bowl and wow! I've never had anything like it, nor had he. What a fun way to enjoy pierogis. What was better was the taste. It tasted AMAZING! I got the Polish Plate and this Polish granddaughter couldn't have been happier. It was made with the love and care like my grandma would have made it. The soup of the day happened to be Dill Pickle soup. That happens to be my favorite. I am beyond stuffed! We won't need dinner tonight. What was even better is that they have frozen soups you can get to go. So, we got 4 of those and the menu had strawberry pierogis (which I have never heard of). I asked for a to-go order of those. I planned to wait to eat one with my parents, but I was dying to know what a strawberry pierogi was like. It is an explosion of flavor. It may be better than nalisniki. If you are in this area or passing by, I highly recommend stopping. It is run by a mother and son who are a true gem. You won't be disappointed and your belly will be full!
