I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 pm with Madelynn, but my service did not begin until about…read more15 minutes later. The hair wash felt rushed and my hair did not feel thoroughly cleaned. During the haircut, I explained that I wanted my long layers to start higher. Midway through the service, the stylist stepped away to attend to another client. When she returned, she quickly finished the cut without checking back in on the layering or confirming how I wanted it styled. There was no offer to curl or style my hair at the end of the appointment. I left feeling disappointed because I expected to walk out with a finished look, not have to go home and do the styling myself. Overall, the experience felt rushed and inattentive, which did not meet my expectations for a professional appointment.

Very professional and truly seem to care about their customers. They go the extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied. Elly even sent me a message a few days after my appointment with her to ask me if a product they tried on my daughter's hair worked for her, and when I told her it did she said they would order a bottle of it for me. I really appreciated that. They also have the best prices of any salon I've ever been to. This might sound silly but this salon reminded me of small town salons like you see in movies (for example, Steel Magnolias). It just has that everybody knows everybody, place for people to congregate and hang out vibe to it. Spend just 15 minutes in this salon and you will feel like you've known the people who work there for years. My daughter and I had a truly phenomenal experience with Head Games Salon!

She listened and did exactly what I wanted. I wanted to be brighter and get a trim. I was trying to maintain length and she did! She took just enough! We love our hair dresser Lyndi, but know this is a shared salon. Everyone is there are business…read moreowners. The inside is very messy, dusty and not maintained in the common areas. There are spills all over the walls and hair everywhere. Each stylist has their area which some maintain better than others and Lyndi's area is well maintained. Everyone that smokes stays on the outside side of building and it just looks bad. They definitely need a repaint and dusting from floor to ceiling.
