A quick phone call confirmed the screen was in stock, and produced an estimate for the price of the job and how long it would take. Drop off was a breeze. The shop was clean and professional looking. As was the fellow behind the desk. I just don't understand how both phones worked for a LONG time with a cracked screen previously, but after the screens were replaced.
