Then a very nice tech which didn't wear a name tag i would of wrote a very nice review on her but anyways she said oh no the pharmacist candy called your doctor because the script expired I said oh okay. Why didn't the floater pharmacist just explain that instead of being so rude......but anyways the techs very nice candy and Micheal very nice Michelle is very nice. But im definitely gonna be asking for that floaters name because that's very disrespectful I hope she doesnt talk to older folks like that who are hard of hearing or get confused and scared easily.

Meanwhile, 1 to 2 cashiers that are so slow they're going backwards in time serve the people who actually get their rear end up in the morning. Then, the eggs are packed vertically in the bag!!, all the cold and warm food is mixed together, and cleaning supplies mixed with food. Also, Thanks for making my day as I unload all the bags in the parking lot and doing it correctly. P.S. Start looking at expiration dates, some of the food expired in June and it's August... nasty grocery store.

Someone always answers the phone during business hours. You can't phone in scripts by number but they make up for that and more by their superior service. Services such as talking to pharmacist directly, free delivery and talking to insurance companies on your behalf The staff is super friendly and they sell great products that are hard to find such as Rosebud Salve. Not cheap Rite Aid crap.

I called my insurance company and learned that Charlesmeade Pharmacy never ran my insurance. The last time I went, I tried to explain that they had not run my insurance, but they insisted that I needed to pay full price. I asked why this had not been communicated to me beforehand, especially since I had spoken with someone on the phone earlier that day. They then attempted to bargain with me to pay less than the original amount they quoted. This seems absolutely wrong--they are refusing to run prescriptions through insurance and are instead negotiating prescription prices.

All assistants and clerks are also extremely helpful and any questions they can't answer are referred quickly to the pharmacist. I feel fortunate to have a pharmacy in the neighborhood where caring comes first and service is excellent. Parking is free although shared with other businesses including a Whole Foods Market AND Ledo's pizza. Another service that matters for those times you aren't well enough to get to them for your prescription is THEY DELIVER. They sure do, in EVERY way.
