It has cost a fortune in many things that needed fixed and still need fixed. I have replaced skirting twice now and even the second round is a mess. It needs a third set, but not at this time. The NEW refrigerator they had in it broke down in three years and needed replaced, in the midst of Covid 202o. ALL the kitchen counter tops, and ALL bathroom counter tops the molding on the side, strips of colored laminate (?) are coming off, making the counters look bad? We have tried gluing them, taping them but the wood is porous and nothing will stick. The biggest "money pit" has been the central air unit? Last three years (which is probably it has been leaking that long) my standard yearly service calls have been very expensive because Freon in system was empty? It was filled and serviced around mid-May 2025 and dye put in in case it was leaking? I was in the hospital for six weeks and the system left running. The house kept getting warmer and warmer so the people watching my house shut it off. Bottom line no dye showing so nitrogen(?) was put in and under the unit lines were leaking and need replaced. This will cost me $1,300, money I have to scrape together to find. Bottom line I have not been happy with this purchase for a long time but am stuck because I can't afford anything else.
