The first two I was told would not be able to be stretched, which was totally fine, and he tried and I was satisfied. He gave me tips for stretching at home which was super kind and nice! The last two, I was not so thrilled with. The first pair needed resoled, which he did. But rather than asking if I would like them conditioned, he went ahead and conditioned the boots right over the stitching. He missed spots and other spots are globbed on. There is also conditioning inside the boot, very messily. The last pair, we discussed repair and I told him I was able to get a new pair of the same boots for 60$. He told me that rather than resoling them(due to the low price of new boots), that he would just repair the stitching. Fast forward to me coming to pick the boots up, and he resoled both the pairs, disregarding our conversation. He wrote no information down as to what I wanted. So here I am, paying an extra 60$ for resoled boots when I could have just bought them brand new for the same price. Disappointed with my service.

You take your empty 1 or 5 gallon water container to the filling station, place it in and select 1 or 5 gallon. For a 5 gallon water container it's $1 to fill. Compared to home delivery and store bought this is the cheapest way to get crispy clear water. We usually fill six 5 gallon water containers and it's only $6 we were paying well over $90 in the big box stores. The water comes from a spring located in Chester county. She had a handyman install a water heater that subsequently caught fire. The handyman came back out and replaced it, but I had serious concerns about the quality of his work and my mom's safety. I called out the local Mr Sparky office who sent a technician that was rude, pushy and disinterested in looking at the water heater. He insisted that her fuse box was well passed its lifespan and told me the wires inside were all melted and that it needed to be replaced immediately at a cost of $8089.00. I told him I would need a second opinion which agitated him. I called Mid Penn and Brian came out the next morning. He was courteous and thorough in his investigation beginning with the water heater. He didn't see any obvious problems, but tightened up the wiring done by the handyman. He looked at the panel box, meter and so forth and determined that everything was still within its expected work life and functioning correctly. It was a completely different experience and saved us from being robbed by the other electrician. I can't thank Brian enough for putting all of our minds at ease with his respectful business demeanor, thorough review and clarity on so many seemingly frightening bits of misinformation. We decided to enroll in there program to come out regularly and check in the electrical systems in my mom's house. You can't buy that kind of assurance to concerns for a loved one. It's earned.
